★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Όλα τα κορίτσια πολύ εξυπηρετικά, ευγενικές και ιδιαίτερα η Δήμητρα και η Λίλα. Τα 5 αστερακια είναι λίγα.
 All the girls are very helpful, polite and especially Dimitra and Lila. The 5 stars are few.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Η κυρία που με εξυπηρέτηση μόλις τηλεφωνικά ήταν αγενεστατη . Γενικά σας πληρώνουν για να δουλεύετε και να εξυπηρετείτε τον κόσμο . Δεν φτάνει που απλά σηκώνετε τηλέφωνα είστε και αγενέστατες .
The lady who served me just by phone was very rude. They generally pay you to work and serve the world. It is not enough that you just pick up the phone and you are very rude.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Άθλια εξυπηρέτηση. Η "κυρία" στο τηλέφωνο φώναζε και ήταν αγενής. Δεν άφησαν ποτέ ειδοποίηση στην πολυκατοικία. Δεν μπήκαν καν στη διαδικασία να χτυπήσουν κουδούνι επειδή όπως είπαν "δεν θα ψάχνει το παιδί μισή ώρα τα κουδούνια για να παραδώσει ένα γράμμα." Ενώ ήταν συστημένο δεν ειδοποίησαν ούτε τηλεφωνικώς ούτε μέσω μηνύματος.
Poor service. The "lady" on the phone was shouting and was rude. They never left a notice on the apartment building. They did not even go through the process of ringing the bell because, as they said, "the child will not look for the bells for half an hour to deliver a letter." While it was registered they did not notify either by phone or by message.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Πραγματικά δεν ξέρω τι λέει ο κάθε άσχετος για την εξυπηρέτηση στο κατάστημα της Ιωνος Δραγούμη αλλά εγώ έχω να πω ότι τα κορίτσια είναι καταπληκτικά, ευγενικά και εξυπηρετούν. Ωστόσο αν ο άλλος έρχεται 5 λεπτά πριν το κλείσιμο είναι λογικό να σου πουν ότι το κατάστημα έχει κλείσει. Για αυτόν τον λόγο οι "επαγγελματίες" που πηγαίνουν 5 λεπτά πριν το κλείσιμο καλό θα ήταν να σέβονται τους εργαζόμενους που δουλεύουν και θα έπρεπε να σκεφτούν να πάνε νωρίτερα αν θέλουν να τους εξυπηρετήσουν. Εύγε στα κορίτσια
I really do not know what every irrelevant person says about the service in Ionos Dragoumi's store but I have to say that the girls are amazing, kind and helpful. However if the other one comes 5 minutes before closing it makes sense to tell you that the store is closed. For this reason the "professionals" who go 5 minutes before closing should be respectful of the employees who work and should consider going earlier if they want to serve them. Good on the girls

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lately their delivery times have become very inconsistent. I guess it's a problem with every post service nowadays. Anyway, excellent support and low costs. I'd recommend it over Hellenic Post for larger packages.
