P	Panagiotis Mitseas on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Πήγα 19:50 για το γνήσιο της υπογραφής και με υφακι η υπάλληλος μου απαντάει κλείσαμε!!! Ενώ το ωράριο ήταν μέχρι τις 20:00. Απαράδεκτη συμπεριφορά αλλά βέβαια όταν είσαι βολεμενος δεν σε απασχολεί να εξυπηρετήσεις έναν πολίτη. I went at 19:50 for the authentic signature and with an underwear my employee replies we closed !!! While the hours were until 20:00. Unacceptable behavior, but of course, when you are in a state of mind you are not concerned with serving a citizen.

Έ	Έρη Έλντα on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Στο 7 είναι μια αγενέστατη κυρία. Πήγα να της κάνω μια ερώτηση και μου απάντησε ειρωνικά. Ντροπή !!! Απλά της είπα ότι θα μπορούσε να μου μιλήσει καλύτερα, την ευχαρίστησα και έφυγα διότι δεν ήθελα να πέσω στο επίπεδό της. Κάτι τέτοιοι δεν αξίζουν να είναι σε τέτοιες υπηρεσίες που έχουν επαφή με πολύ κόσμο καθημερινά! Αν δεν μπορεί η κυρία να εξυπηρετήσει τον κόσμο ας πάει σπιτάκι της, σίγουρα κάποιος άλλος θα χρειαστεί τη θέση της. Ευχαριστώ !!! At 7 she is a very rude lady. I went to ask her a question and she answered ironically. Shame !!! I just told her she could talk to me better, I thanked her and left because I didn't want to fall to her level. Such people do not deserve to be in such services that they have contact with a lot of people every day! If the lady can't serve the people, let her go home, surely someone else will need her place. P	Petros K on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Το σημείο που βρίσκεται το ΚΕΠ βολεύει πολύ λόγω κέντρου . Το κτίριο είναι ένα πανέμορφο νεοκλασσικό. Αλλά η εξυπηρέτηση θέλει οπωσδήποτε βελτίωση!! Περιστατικό 2020 :τηλεφωνω μεσημέρι για κάποια ερωτηση, απαντά τηλεφωνητής, "είστε σε γραμμή προτεραιότητας, παρακαλώ περιμένετε". Αφού βαρέθηκα να περιμένω, πήγα αμεσως εκεί ο ίδιος. Και μια υπάλληλος άλλου γραφείου με ενημερωνει ότι έχουν κλείσει από νωρις!! Τουλάχιστον ας βάλουν άλλο μήνυμα στον τηλεφωνητή όταν κλείνουν, της λεω!! Αθάνατο Ελληνικό δημόσιο!!! The location of the KEP is very convenient due to the center. The building is a beautiful neoclassical building. But the service definitely needs improvement !! Case 2020: I call at noon for a question, a caller answers, "you're on the priority line, please wait." After I got tired of waiting, I immediately went there myself. And an employee of another office informs me that they have been closed since early !! At least let them put another message on the caller when they close, I tell her !! Immortal Greek state !!!
e	evdokia ka on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Μέχρι τώρα είχα σχετικά καλή εικόνα. Δεν είχα άλλωστε χρειαστεί ποτέ κάτι περίπλοκο. Απλά χαρτιά. Αλλά σήμερα έγινε κάτι απίστευτο. Ήθελα να ανεβώ στον πρώτο όροφο του κτηρίου όπου θα παρακολουθούσα μάθημα της ιατρικής εταιρείας, κ ανέβηκα λάθος σκάλες κατά πώς φαίνεται. Ξανακατεβηκα κ άκουσα κάποιον να φωνάζει ότι δεν πάμε από εκεί άλλο απο την απέναντι πλευρά, όπου ήταν το ασανσέρ. (το είχα δει, αλλά χρησιμοποιώ σκάλες συνήθως). Σαν να μην έφτανε η άγριο φωνάρα του υπαλλήλου μέσα από το γραφείο του, μου πέταξε κ ένα επίσης άξεστο "ρωτάμε πρώτα", με ύφος αργόμισθου δημοσίου υπαλλήλου, σίγουρου ότι δεν τον κουνάει τίποτα από την θεσούλα του. Του απάντησα ενοχλημένη "καλά ντε μη μας δείρετε κιολας!" και συνέχισα τον δρόμο μου προβληματισμενη με την ανεπιτρεπτή αγένεια... Up to now I had a good image. I never needed anything complicated. Just papers. But today was something incredible. I wanted to go to the first floor of the building where I would attend a medical school lesson, and I climbed the wrong stairs to what it looks like. I went back and heard someone say that we were not going anywhere from the opposite side, where the elevator was. (I had seen it, but I use stairs usually). I responded with annoyed "well do not show us koilas!" and continued my way troubled with the unforgivable rudeness ...

Προσωπικά έχω πάει 2-3 φορές και δεν ξέρω αν έπεσα σε διαφορετικούς, αλλά ήταν πολύ βοηθητικοί και γρήγοροι. Επίσης βολεύει το διευρυμένο ωράριο. In all the reviews I see that there are complaints about employees. Personally I have gone 2-3 times and I don't know if I fell into different ones but they were very helpful and quick. It is also convenient for extended hours.
