★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We’ve had the worst experience in our lives dealing with Royal Jordanian staff in Athens airport. They don’t know their own rules. They don’t speak proper arabic or english. Although we have a valid vaccination certification from a listed country, they would not let us back to our own country without a PCR test. They let us wait for 2 hours and calls back & fourth to figure out what their rules are.
They did not share this vital info through email with us prior to our flight, and instead shared with us offers to upgrade. A very professional airline.
& after all that stress with a baby, not even a partial refund or a way to make it up for us was offered. We were left to figure out what to do.
