Ο διευθυντής και όλοι οι υπάλληλοι είναι ευγενέστατοι και πάρα πολύ εξυπηρετικοί. Θέλω να επισημάνω ότι εξυπηρετούν κατά τον καλύτερο δυνατό τρόπο τους πελάτες της τράπεζας ειδικά σε αυτή την πολύ δύσκολη περίοδο της πανδημίας. Τους αξίζουν πολλά συγχαρητήρια! I often visit this particular bank branch. My impressions are very positive. The manager and all the staff are very kind and very helpful. Ένα τηλέφωνο που δεν απαντάει κανείς, υπάλληλοι στο ταμείο που σου λένε ψέματα (ότι δεν υπάρχει χρεωστική κάρτα χωρίς συνδρομή) προκειμένου να σου εκδώσουν κάρτα με συνδρομή, υποστελεχομένη από την περίοδο του Μέγα Κωνσταντίνου. Όχι ότι σας νοιάζει, αλλά όσον αφορά τους υπαλλήλους, βάλατε τα χεράκια σας και βγάλατε τα ματάκια σας, ας προσέχατε. Γράφω αυτό το σχόλιο μετά από μια συνεχή απογοήτευση από συγκεκριμένα άτομα του προσωπικού και τα δύο αστεράκια πάνε στον διευθυντή αλλά και σε μια γυναίκα στο πρώτο γραφείο. Θέλω να αναφερθώ σε ένα γεγονός όσον αφορά την κοπέλα στην υποδοχή. Δε μου αρέσει να γράφω αρνητικά σχόλια αλλά δυστυχώς υπάρχουν κι αυτά. Αφού σήμερα μετά από κάποιο μπέρδεμα εξυπηρετήθηκα από μια άλλη εργαζόμενη ξεχάσω να ρωτήσω κάτι και έτσι ρώτησα την κοπέλα στην υποδοχή όπου καθόταν και δεν έκανε ΤΊΠΟΤΑ. Η απάντηση που πήρα ήταν "σε δύο συναδέλφους πήγατε γιατί δε το ρωτήσατε;" ΣΥΓΓΝΏΜΗ ΠΟΥ ΣΑΣ ΕΝΌΧΛΗΣΑ ΕΝΏ ΔΕ ΚΑΝΑΤΕ ΤΙΠΟΤΑ. There is no way I can leave this bank and be happy. I am writing this comment after a constant frustration from certain staff members and both asterisks go to the manager and a woman in the first office. I want to refer to an event regarding the girl at the reception. I do not like to write negative comments but unfortunately there are some too. After today, after some confusion, I was served by another employee, I forgot to ask something and so I asked the girl at the reception where she was sitting and did NOTHING. The answer I got was "you went to two colleagues why didn't you ask?" SORRY I BOTHERED YOU WHEN YOU DID NOTHING.
