★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Πάντα ενημερωμένη τράπεζα κτλ κτλ αλλά τα αρνητικά είναι μεγάλα εκτός από την αργή εξυπηρέτηση έκανα 4 ώρες για δημιουργία λογαριασμού ο υπάλληλος με έκανε ασφάλεια κάρτας και βιαζόταν να υπογράψω για να μην διαβάσω σχετικά με την χρέωση των 30€ που είχε κακή εμπειρία μακάρι να διορθωθούν αλλιώς θα αναγκαστώ να κάνω τα πάντα από e-banking ή ακόμα και από άλλη τράπεζα
Always updated bank etc etc but the negatives are large except the slow service did four hours to create an account, the clerk made card security and hurry to sign not to read about the charge the 30 € was a bad experience I wish to correct otherwise i will have to do everything from e-banking or even another bank

Slow service, staff with civil service mentality, as in most banks, which contributed to the spread and consolidation of e banking.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Είναι αλήθεια ότι είναι με φουλ αγένεια και αργόσχολος στο ταμείο ο γυαλάκιας συνέχεια;;;, πάντως πήρα τα λεφτά μου από την τράπεζα αυτήν και τα πήγα σε άλλη... Λίγο ευγένεια δεν βλάπτει νομίζω...
Is it true that she is full of rawness and lazy at the cashier's continuation ????, but I got my money from this bank and went to another ... A little kindness I don't think ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Αν είχε και κανένα αστεράκι θα το έβαζα πολύ ευχαρίστως!!!! 2020 και η συγκεκριμένη τράπεζα δεν έχει μηχάνημα για νούμερο αναμονής καθόμαστε στην σειρά σαν τα ζώα περιμένοντας έναν υπάλληλο στο γκισέ να κάνει με την ησυχία του την δουλειά του. Ενας πελάτης έκανε 40 ολόκληρα λεπτά να τελειώσει την συναλλαγή και η διευθύντρια ούτε ένα βλέφαρο να ρίξει να δει γιατί δυσανασχετεί ο κόσμος. Τι την νοιάζει εμείς στεκόμαστε όρθιοι αφού έχει μόνο τέσσερις καρέκλες όλες και όλες. Πιστεύουν ακράδαντα στην συγκεκριμένη τράπεζα ότι και άλλες δουλειές δεν έχουμε να κάνουμε και ότι είμαστε ξεκούραστοι. Ντροπή!!!
If it had any stars I would happily put it on !!!! 2020 and this bank has no waiting machine we sit in the queue like the animals waiting for an employee at the counter to do his job in silence. One client took 40 minutes to complete the transaction, and the manager did not have a single eyelid to see why people were irritated. What she cares about is we stand up since she only has four chairs all together. They firmly believe in this bank that we have no other business to do and that we are relaxed. Shame!!!
