★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited the Ano Glyfada (Angelos Karrydis) store on Saturday, 28-Jan as my Samsung Galaxy A5 sustained water damage. The service desk at the store told me that someone would contact me soon after it was evaluated. No one called me on Saturday, and after several failed call attempts on Monday & Tuesday, I was informed on Wednesday, 1-Feb that the phone could not be repaired. I waited 5 days for someone to say this to me. I picked up the phone and immediately sought a 2nd opinion and upon further inspection, was told that my phone was never even opened to evaluate the problem. I lost 5 days waiting for this Germanos store to tell me something that they should have told me sooner. I am completely disappointed and am seriously considering never shopping with your brand again. Even when I picked up the phone and asked the technician what the issue was, he seemed completed disinterested in helping me. There are too many options to be treated like this.
