M	Maria Chatzivasiliadis on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Προσπάθησα να τηλεφωνήσω το μητρώο σας, (66009&66008... συνεχίζει να εργάζεται) για να κλείσω ραντεβού πότε να έρθω, γιατί ο ασφ. φορέας είναι εξωτερικού, για την υποχρεωτική συμπλήρωση Ε.Ε.Ε.Α. εντύπου, μετά απο ώρες και μέρες προσπάθεια μ'ήταν αδύνατον. Έτσι έστειλα συστημένη επιστολή 16-2-2021, (12 μέρες πριν το βιβλιάριο λήγει ) το ότι είμαι εν΄ζωή με επικαιρότητα της δήλωσης στο Κ.Ε.Π. διοτι ο χρόνος που είμαι ασφαλισμένη στο βιβλιάριο λήγει. Έγραψα και το γιατί δεν μπορώ να κλείσω ραντεβού, όπως ορίζει τώρα η επιδημία, με παράκληση όπως με απαντήσει ότι είναι ΟΚΕΥ. έχω γράψει τα τηλέφωνά μου, & ε-μάιλ. Συνεχίζω να παίρνω τηλέφωνο αλλά όπως σάς γράφω, ........ τα τηλέφωνα εργάζονται . Ευχαριστώ γι' το χρόνο , ... εν έχετε . Μετά τιμής P.M. van Hemert Chatzivasiliadis I tried to call your registry, (66009 & 66008 ... continues to work) to make an appointment when to come, because the insurance. body is foreign, for the mandatory completion of Ε.Ε.Ε.Α. form, after hours and days of effort it was impossible for me. So I sent a registered letter 16-2-2021, (12 days before the booklet expires) that I am alive with the topicality of the statement to the K.E.P. because the time I am insured in the booklet expires. I also wrote why I can not make an appointment, as defined by the epidemic now, with a request to answer that it is OK. I have written down my phones, & emails.
