Amazing service, great breakfast and the views are unbeatable We wish we could have stayed longer, absolutely loved it here!

The view is definitely the best you can get. and is a 5 stars Imerovigli is the perfect village where to stay as it is close to Fira and yet cleaner and more private. The crew at Aqua luxury is great and very responsive The room wasn't as clean as I would have expected for the money we spent (Some mold in the bathroom and shower, Mirror showing a lot of dirt with hot water steam and never cleaned during our stay, Amenities kit box already used and never replenished even though I would take it apart every day so they would get sign to replenish, hole in a wall and not covered) The outside pool filter was very dirty and I suspect it was not properly cleaned prior to our arrival. In short it is still a very good place to stay with a very nice team but the price is too high when you consider all the little issues mentioned above which are for me a game killer to consider this hotel is classified as a 5 stars on booking.com or other websites.

To say this place exceeded my expectations would be a dramatic understatement. Aqua is a GORGEOUS facility in the picturesque town of Imerovigli. We saw MANY resorts on Santorini, and the view/location we had at Aqua seemed to be the best available. Our suite was clean, well-decorated, luxurious, and exclusive. We were even upgraded to a nicer suite at check-in, which was a pleasant surprise! The photos don't do the place justice. The view from our bed -or from the heated plunge pool - was stunning. I can't stress enough just how wonderful the staff is at this resort. Anna Maria, in the reservations department, was willing to work out every detail and every issue we ran into for a week straight prior to our visit (Travel issues, not resort issues. Our experience with the resort was seamless throughout). Manos at the front desk was extremely knowledgeable, and was happy to guide us and assist us at any time with EVERY request, small or large. He handled everything from calling businesses to see if they were open, to reserving seats on tours/cruises, to booking a rental car for us and having it delivered to the resort. Overall, fantastic person to have at your disposal, and he added tremendous value to the experience. Our groom, Kostas is a tireless worker, making sure all guests' needs are tended to without delay -- and taking great pride in that mission! He walks easily 5 miles a day, up and down the stairs of Santorini, and yet he's still happy to assist you with whatever you need! And with a smile! It was always a pleasure when he arrived to deliver breakfast or clean up outside our suite. The breakfast, by the way, was one of the highlights of our entire vacation. They give you way more food than you could ever eat (hand-delivered to your room!), every bit of it is Michelin Star quality, and it's completely free. DEFINITELY something we looked forward to every day while we watched the sunrise from our 95°F pool. There's no question that we will stay here again soon.

We loved the Aqua Luxury Suites! My wife and I stayed here while celebrating our 10 year wedding anniversary and we quickly realized we booked the best hotel on Santorini! The reception staff went above and beyond to help us with anything we needed. We especially want to thank Stavros and Manos from the front desk for helping us every day and night. They gave us restaurant suggestions, provided us with the best private drivers, and responded to our every request quickly. We had a beautiful room that was clean and tidy. My wife has a gluten allergy and each morning they gave her gluten free breads that she could eat. It was my 30th birthday on one of the days that we were there and the manager brought an entire cake and balloons to our room that morning. They gave us complimentary reminder calls every day that we had a tour booked so that we wouldn't be late for our pick up times. As we explored the island and saw other hotels, we realized that the Aqua is truly the best on the island. You will love staying at the Aqua!

This place should be 5stars! The best suite we have ever had. We came for our 10 year anniversary to Santorini. The staff is top notch. They made the best breakfast and delivered it to our private balcony. We have traveled a lot and stayed at several nice lodges and have never had this level of customer service. Ona took care of every reservation and had everything ready for us. The entire staff made this trip better than we could have imagined! 10/10 rating for us

Hi. Came to this hotel with great expectations. Some were met others were not! Our stay was broken into two parts. The first part of the stay the suite was good. We did not get any upgrade without asking for it. On arrival we were told it would be free. Appreciated that. The breakfast order for the second morning was not considered and we were given a repeat of the previous days order and it arrived 30 minutes late. On our return to this hotel a day later after visiting iOS for a day we were shocked to be given a room far far away with no privacy at all. It is a very small room where one has to walk sideways to cross over for the same price as before. Not leaving a great feeling at all. Would have preferred staying in a different hotel.

We visited Greece over the new years and had our engagement here. We stayed in the honeymoon suite which included a balcony with breath taking views and a hot tub. The hot tub was the perfect temperature, not too hot or too cold. Every morning breakfast was delivered to our room and we would have it out on the balcony enjoying the amazing view. Food was good and freshly prepared. Staff members were very hospitable; it made us feel very comfortable and relaxed during our stay there. Manos at the front desk was so sweet and helped us with everything we needed since we were not familiar with the area. He helped us arrange a car and recommended all the places that were open for food and entertainment. Since we visited during the new years and winter season, many places were closed. But it also offered a much more relaxing getaway.
