Worth visiting. Museum is not too big. It took 1h for us to see all exhibitions. With same ticket you can visit archaeological site which is near by.

Magnificent architecture, a building that shouts "something precious is inside come and check", but as many things in this country developed with the help of EU funds are left to discompose.. Wondering ..not even ONE employee in this place hasn't the desire to fix the brokens? Disappointing, ..at the very end Greece is supposed to try its most to attract tourist in order for income and growth .. if you don't start with the simple thinks (keeping your public places clean and maintained ..tourist will go else were...Turkey for instance is trying to exploit us much possible of its ancient (?!) historic places ..and you Greeks are left behind ...so SAD!

Closed. No mention of being closed on the website and the sign says open at 8am. We made a taxi trip here for nothing. If you are going to be closed, don’t screw over the tourists by not highlighting the closure online.

This place is awesome especially if you're a history buff. I Love everything Alexander his story is fascinating especially considering we are still talking about an individual from so long ago. His actions truly echoed through history. If your in this beautiful country stop here because it's amazing!

We’ve visited a few different museums while we’ve been in Greece, but this is our favorite. Really interesting history/artifacts, beautiful building, and lots of information about Pella and Alexander the Great. It’s difficult to decide on a favorite, but the floor mosaics were really well preserved and displayed. The ticket was €7-€8, I think, and it includes entry to the archeological site as well. We arrived a little after mid-day and there was plenty of parking, which was nice because it was really hot and a long walk might’ve done me in.
