Not what we expected, worst car we ever had. Booked the car on their homepage before our vacation because of the many good reviews on google. They say on their page „All our vehicles are replaced every three seasons “. The car we got was about 16-18 years old (only build until 2005) and in bad condition. Fuel tank was almost empty when we got it. Light was so weak that we could only drive with high-beam in the evening. One day on the highway, the sealing rubber of the windscreen popped out of the frame (see pic). One star for the nice employee who handed us over the car, which was very uncomplicated

Stranded at airport, left by this company with a diminishing battery supplied oxygen device. After a long flight from the United States back to my home of Greece, I rented a car from auto hire. After having loaded two suitcases , yes just two in the trunk of the car, I realized the trunk would not lock. The locking mechanism was defective. I called the company and the representative arrived and said they would replace the vehicle but while talking on the phone then changed his mind and said I broke it. There was no interior damage to the trunk of the vehicle nor was there any damage to the suitcases but they somehow determined that the damage to the actual lock itself was caused by attempting to shut the trunk because “it was working before” In my long life, I have often found that things do eventually break. Just about everything that has ever been manufactured in fact.. and that the item was working moments before it becomes defective or non operational. Engines, air conditioners, television sets, cell phones and so on. If I took their car to the sea and decided I wanted to use it as a boat and drive into the water, then the company could rightfully say I misused their car. Attempting to close the trunk after loading two suitcases at an AIRPORT and immediately calling them is NOT misuse or malice. Regardless of my ill health and use of portable oxygen, they immediately cancelled my contract, took their car back and left me at the airport with no vehicle because according to their “ brilliant forensic analysis” The trunk would not close because you closed the trunk with suitcases inside. In the future, I would recommend that your cars come equipped with a written warning such as “ danger, do not put items in trunk or do not use at airports or do not drive on roads at night or park near other vehicles because something might eventually break.

Very polite, super friently, problem solving professionals. New cars, very good prices. Definitely my only choice for Crete.
