The man at the fore front of this company in Mykonos is the most aggressive and unprofessional “man” I have ever had to deal with. My friend and I have never been abused in our lives like we have just experienced. Something that should have been a fun experience from beginning to end ended up being borderline traumatising for two young girls fearing that he was going to get physically aggressive on top of his already demeaning, attacking verbal abuse. he was very happy to take our money but as soon as something goes wrong you are really going to wish you booked with a company that prides itself on a little integrity and professionalism. (that doesn’t try to intimidate two young girls and then leaves them in the office for an hour, purposefully turning off the aircon on his way out while you wait in a 33 degree office while he has a smoke) As well as being completely shaken up and in disbelief, we are disgusted with this man and will never book nor recommend a tour with Azzuro travel in the future. We would recommend you hire the guy from car rentals next door as he was an absolute gem and was trying to calm this guy down and keep us safe.

We are just back from Mykonos and had a really fabulous holiday ! It was greatly enhanced by getting taken out in yacht trip to the Delos area on a sailing yacht organised by Azzuro. It is their yacht and the Captain KOSTANTINOS is an absolute gem of a guy ! Very safe , knowledgeable , polite and a great laugh ! His assistant Annie also same ! If you are thinking about going out on a cruise do not hesitate ! Simply the best ! They cooked a seafood meal on board which was fantastic and gave us drinks all included in price !

We got picked up by them at the ferry and were brought to a really nice bus. A man then came to us to tell us that he has no idea how we will be brought back to the airport after our stay at Mykonos and we should bother the hotel staff with that, we should only contact him if we didn't manage to sort things out until the last evening. He then continued to tell us that, should we be interested in any tours, we should contact him immediatly. Not a very good start. The driver then drove us to a busy square in town and dropped us off. Only after asking him, he told us the name of the hotel and pointed in a general direction and drove of. The hotel was nowhere near where he pointed towards and only after using Google Maps, we were abel to find it. Terrible Service and absolutly unorganized. Never again!
