★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Only Drinks, No food place. This bar is the #35 in the World. The vibe is amazing and service is outstanding. This bar is my definition of Adults bar, the music is loud enough to enjoy it and talk without yelling. Now the cocktails..Go for all of them, everything is amazing in this place

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Modern tiki in the best sense. Really well-crafted, inventive cocktails with interesting ingredients and delicious to boot. Greatly enjoyed the Fleurs du Mal and Devil’s Milk and wished my liver was able to take more abuse.
Great vibes and tunes set to a continuous rattle of cocktail shakers. A very well-thought out personality to this bar and cocktail menu.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing cocktails. I could simply stop here but it wouldn't give this place justice: take a seat at the bar, enjoy the ambiance of this place, and watch them craft drinks. They care about their art, their customers, and that shows in the quality of the product. Thank you for the two amazing evening we spent with you so far, we have one more night to spend in this city, and it will be at baba au rum, one last time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Most delicious and unique negroni. Super hipster bartenders though, not as friendly as Clumsies or most of the other Athens bars. I guess we weren't cute or cool enough. Check it off the list of best bars in Athens but don't need to go back. So many others.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were very excited to try Baba au rum! It did not disappoint! We got a total of 3 drinks and each one was very good. I asked our waitress (who was so kind) what she recommended and went with those drinks. They all had great flavor and a depth of complexity! It is definitely a place to visit on your trip to Athens.

My husband and I visiting Athens last month for our honeymoon and this bar came highly recommended by a friend of mine who had visited Athens a few years back. At first, I was hesitant because I'm not a big rum fan, but she assured me that I didn't need to be and I would love the drinks anyways. I'm so glad I listened! It was the first bar we stopped at in Greece during our 2-week vacation and it was our favorite bar! The bartenders are skilled and trained to make the most delicious drinks! Hope to visit here again someday. Thank you for the great drinks & experience.
