★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had a good experience renting a scooter at Benitses Bikes and Cars. They helped us very much with a broken scooter, so we decided to make a reservation renting a car. Paid €20 deposit, which we never got back after cancelling the reservation 1 hour after we made the reservation and far in advance for other people to still get the car. They told us to come back to negotiate about the price/get back our money, however they were not there anymore when we came back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ He advertises new cars, but the car he brought was a 13-year-old and broken car with an engine failure and a malfunctioning air conditioning. Child seats are broken. He didn't want to return the money. In the end, he charged one 2x more expensive than other rental companies, even if the car was not used.
So sir note that you have up to 9 year old cars clearly says that you do not rent new cars as you advertise.
Too bad I didn't take the photos ... We had a silver Opel Corsa in really terrible condition. Our neighbors had a Fiat 500 with a sliding roof, which also reported an engine error. Many people from the Corfu Senses Resort we talked to had similar problems. Once the owner has the money, and a problem arises, he becomes arrogant. The biggest disappointment of the holidays 2019...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dont trust this company.
We ordered a Scooter in the morning for the next day 10:30.
At 9 o'clock we got a call, that cancelled our scooter. The model would not be available.
The day before they confirmed our reservation. In the next morning it was not possible to find any other scooter. Resulted in a waisted day, because we could not do the tour we actually planned before.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice and helpful people! We first rented a scooter for 3 days and had a malfunction 1 hour away from the office. In Gouvia. We called and they brought a new scooter without a problem.
The second scooter got a flat tire, which happens a lot on the greek roads full of putholes etc. Again within a short time we got a new scooter.
After that we decided to extend our rental period with 2 more days
To top it off the one of our suitcases was broken so Agatha drove us to a nearby shop to buy a new one, then told us to enjoy the day on the scooter while she made sure the suitcase was delivered at the hotel.
Thanks for the hospitality and good service. You guys represent what Greece stands for! Very kind and helpful!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Be careful about the insurance. I was told that everything was covered and that I would not have to pay anything in case of an accident. Turned out finally that glass and tires were not covered - if I had known before I would rather have rented at Enterprise at Marbella Corfu Hotel, only a little more expensive, but everything included, and a much newer car on top.
I only give 3 stars because the owner finally agreed on not to charge the broken wheel. Thank you again!
