★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Πήγα στον Θοδωρή με πολύ σοβαρό τραυματισμό στον αγκώνα και στον ώμο και μέσα σε σύντομο χρονικό διάστημα είδα τρομερή βελτίωση. ακόμα και με το τέλος των συνεδριών μας με κατατόπισε σωστά και στοχευμένα για το ποιές ασκήσεις έπρεπε να ακολουθήσω ώστε να γίνει σωστή ενδυνάμωση. Τον συνιστώ ανεπιφύλακτα!
 I went to Theodore with a very serious injury to my elbow and shoulder and in a short time I saw a tremendous improvement. even at the end of our sessions he informed me correctly and purposefully about which exercises I had to follow in order to become properly empowered. I highly recommend it!

Highly recommend it!
Great explanation of the autonomy and techniques used - even if sometimes difficult in terms of language (my English and his English was sometimes limited in regards to the technical terms).
Not only did I walk out of there with a somewhat 'healed' shoulder and exercises to prevent future pain, but also with a better understanding of my own body.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ For all the people out there suffering silently with a frozen shoulder please do take action and take control of your arm and life again.
What Thodoris was able to do with my shoulder was short of miraculous in my opinion however instead it was the work advise and push of an extremely professional and talented physio.
Within 5 months I was able to play back tennis and enjoy again my life
