M	Maria Brozou on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Για μια αλλαγή μπαταρίας iPhone 7 εκτός του ότι ήταν πιο ακριβή η υπηρεσία (χωρίς απόδειξη) από γνωστή αλυσίδα ηλεκτρονικών μου χάλασαν το κεντρικό κουμπί του κινητού (δεν πατιόταν όταν το παρέλαβα) και ο τεχνικός ισχυρίστηκε πως το κινητό είχε το πρόβλημα εξαρχής, πράγμα που δεν ίσχυε. Έπρεπε να διαπληκτιστούμε λεκτικά για να δεχτούν πως το κινητό δεν είχε κάποιο πρόβλημα αρχικά όταν τους το έδωσα στο κεντρικό του κουμπί για να δεχτούν πως πρέπει να φτιάξουν κάτι που χάλασαν. Περίμενα τηλέφωνο για να παραλάβω το κινητό, δεν με κάλεσαν, πήρα μόνη μου, μου είπαν πως είναι έτοιμο και όταν πέρασα να το παραλάβω είχαν το θράσος να μου πουν πως δεν ήταν τίποτα παρά μια λεπτομέρεια. Θεωρώ τελείως αντιεπαγγελματική την συμπεριφορά τους. Το ότι δεν παραδέχτηκαν το λάθος τους εξαρχής και έπρεπε να φτάσουμε σε σημείο να μαλώσουμε προκειμένου να μου πουν στο τέλος πως δεν ήταν και κάτι τρομερό αυτό που χρειαζόταν. Update: γυρίζω σπίτι και βλέπω πως στην οθόνη έχει δημιουργηθεί πρόβλημα με ένα άσπρο σημάδι που δεν υπήρχε στο κάτω δεξιά μέρος. Περιμένω να έρθουν να το παραλάβουν και να δουν αν μπορούν να το φτιάξουν ανοίγοντας το κινητό για τρίτη φορά. Συμπέρασμα: κακή υπηρεσία, αντιεπαγγελματική εξυπηρέτηση στην αρχική επιμονή πως δεν φταίνε. Την επόμενη φορά θα προτιμήσω την μεγάλη αλυσίδα για καλύτερη τιμή, απόδειξη και υπηρεσίες. For an iPhone 7 battery change, apart from the fact that the service was more expensive (without proof) from a well-known electronics chain, the central button of my mobile phone was damaged (it was not pressed when I received it) and the technician claimed that the mobile phone had the problem from the beginning. it was not valid. We had to argue verbally to accept that the cell phone did not have a problem at first when I gave it to its central button to accept that they have to fix something that went wrong. I was waiting for a phone to pick up my cell phone, they did not call me, I picked it up myself, they told me it was ready and when I went to pick it up they had the audacity to tell me that it was nothing but a detail. I consider their behavior completely unprofessional. The fact that they did not admit their mistake from the beginning and we had to get to the point of arguing in order to tell me in the end that it was not something terrible that was needed. Update: I go home and see that the screen has a problem with a white mark that did not exist in the lower right. I am waiting for them to come and pick it up and see if they can fix it by opening the mobile for the third time. Conclusion: poor service, unprofessional service in the initial insistence that they are not to blame. Next time I will prefer the big chain for better price, proof and services.

Τα παιδιά πάντα ευγενικά, προσιτές τιμές όπως επίσης και τηλεφωνική ενημέρωση για ότι προκύψει!!! Επίσης έχω φτιαξει laptop , σταθερό υπολογιστή και ως τώρα είμαι πάντα ευχαριστημένη!! Flawless service and professionalism !! Screen change to I phone 7 and I phone 11! Also in Samsung galaxy !! The children are always polite, affordable prices as well as telephone information for whatever happens !!! I have also made a laptop, a desktop computer and so far I am always happy !!
