★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The service was awful! They’ve spent like an hour of our time for paper work and washing car (which was booked in advances and should’ve been prepared before our arrival). Also the price was different from the one on the website.
After an hour of waiting they’ve refused to give us a car because they couldn’t except Ukrainian national driving license even though the rental service nearby did it easily. Also the staff there is really unfriendly. I don’t recommend this service to anyone.

The car (fiat panda) was clean and in a very good condition. All in all my recommendation for car rental in Thessaloniki and Chalkidiki. Thanks to Ilias and Thomas

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Blue Rent team were incredibly kind and helpful to us when we broke down on their forecourt. We had rented a car from another company and we were having problems contacting them for help (language barrier). The Blue Rent team, who speak English fluently, telephoned the other company for us and helped arrange recovery of the broken down car and onward transport for us. They let us wait at their office, making sure we had shade and access to cold drinks (it was a hot day). They got us out of a difficult situation and didn't expect anything in return. Next time we fly into Thessaloniki we'll definitely use Blue Rent!

They were very quick with the transfers to and from the airport, being both friendly and professional. The provide excellent value and the car we had was clean and in perfect working order. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We rented a beautiful white Fiat Tipo Estate, which was almost new, for our vacation in Greece. We went by that car around the whole country without any problem. The communication was absolutely great and smooth. "Blue rent a car" company provided us with a free transfer from and to the airport in Thessaloniki. I would like to appreciate fair dealing with them. Thank you for a nice vacation.
