★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad experience. I’ve bought a pair of cheap earbuds with a lightning connection. I didn’t expect much sound quality wise, but I did expect them tonat least work. This wasn’t the case so I decided to return them. The persosn who selled them to me said that is not possible somwe tried another pair. Same result. She then aksed for my phone and she tried to do something in the Bluetooth connection, being convinced that that’s the issue. When I tried to tell her that the Bluetooth connection has nothing to do with it she starter shouting and rudely interrupting me, in the meantime asking me to calm down, because she knows what she’s doing. I finally had to stop her, after witnessing her struggling to establish a Bluetooth connection before my phone and my car which was more than 1500km away. Anothdhguy
