N	Nick Petropoulos on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ο ναός είναι συνεπτυγμένος σταυροειδής, χρονολογείται στον 12ο αιώνα και είναι παραλαύριο της Μονής Οσίου Μελετίου, δηλαδή είναι ένας από τους ναούς που υπήρχαν στην ευρύτερη περιοχή της Πάστρας-Κιθαιρώνα και που συναποτελούσαν τη μεγάλη αυτή μοναστική πολιτεία, που ιδρύθηκε από τον ίδιο τον όσιο Μελέτιο. Η μονή και τα παραλαύριά της κατέστησαν το βουνό και την περιοχή του τόπο άσκησης και αναφέρονται στις επιστολές του Μιχαήλ Χωνιάτη ως ΄"φιλόσοφα φροντιστήρια". Ο ναός βρίσκεται σε χαμηλό ύψωμα, δεξιά του παλαιού δρόμου που από την Ελευσίνα -Μάνδρα οδηγεί στη Θήβα, στη θέση Πουρνάρι, κοντά στην Οινόη Μεγαρίδας, νότια της Μονής Οσίου Μελετίου. Πρόκειται για κομψό κτίσμα, με ωραίο κυλινδρικό τρούλο. Επί Τουρκοκρατίας, έκλεισε η είσοδος του ναού από τα δυτικά, και άνοιξε μια θύρα στη νότια πλευρά. Σήμερα ο ναός έχει εισόδους και από τις δύο πλευρές. Πηγή : eie The church is a cruciform church, dating back to the 12th century, and is a parable of the Monastery of Osi Meletios, that is to say, one of the temples that existed in the greater area of Pastera-Kithairona and which constituted this great monastic state founded by the same Meletios . The monastery and its paradise became the mountain and area of the place of exercise and are mentioned in the letters of Michael Choniates as "philosophical tutorials". The temple is on a low hill, to the right of the old road that leads from Elefsina-Mandra to Thebes, at Pournari, near Oinoi Megaridas, south of the Monastery of Osi Meletiou. This is an elegant building with a nice cylindrical dome. During the Ottoman domination, the temple entrance closed from the west, and opened a door on the south side. G	George Komnas on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Το εκκλησάκι αυτό , πριν ακόμα ανακαινισθεί, όταν ήταν ασβεστωμένο, κατά καιρούς το συντηρούσε η οικογένειά μου. Το καθάριζαν, το έβαφαν... Τα δύο μεγάλα πεύκα στη είσοδό του, τα φύτεψε ο πατέρας μου το1975. Όμορφο και παλαιό επίσης είναι και το καμπαναριό, έξω από το εκκλησάκι. This little church, before it was even renovated, when it was whitewashed, was maintained by my family from time to time. They cleaned it, painted it ... The two big pines at the entrance, my father planted them in 1975. The bell tower, outside the chapel, is also beautiful and old.
