★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Απαράδεκτη συμπεριφορά υπαλλήλου βάρδιας η όποια ήταν αγενείς και αδιάφορη να εξυπηρετήσει. Όταν ζήτησα να μιλήσω με των υπεύθυνω καταστήματος μας το αρνήθηκε. Μας αρνήθηκε επιστροφή λέγοντας ότι ήταν προϊόν προσφοράς παρόλο που ήμασταν εντός 14 ημερών. Η υπάλληλος ήταν βέβαια ότι μας είχε ενημέρωση ότι δεν επιστρέφονται προϊόντα προσφοράς παρόλο που δεν ήταν εκεί την ημέρα αγοράς. Μετά από ηλεκτρονική επικοινωνία με το κεντρικό κατάστημα βρέθηκε λύση από το κατάστημα τις Λάρισας το οποίο μας άλλαξε το προϊόν και ήταν κατατοπιστικό και ευγενές.
Unacceptable behavior of a shift employee who was rude and indifferent to serve. When I asked to speak to our store manager he refused. He refused to return, saying that it was an offer product even though we were within 14 days. The clerk was of course informed that no offer products were returned even though he was not there on the day of purchase. After electronic communication with the main store, a solution was found from the store in Larissa, which changed our product and was informative and noble.
