Μου αντικατέστησαν προβληματικό Monitor με καινούργιο χωρίς αντιρρήσεις (εφοσον το θεμα ήταν οφθαλμοφανές) και ήρθε πιο σύντομα απο οτι μου είχαν πει. I heard that Dell is very good at after sales and it really works. They replaced my faulty Monitor with a new one without any objections (since the issue was obvious) and it came sooner than I was told.

Μετά την επισκευή, επικοινώνησαν μαζί μου για να βεβαιωθούν οτι το πρόβλημα έχει λυθεί. Pleasant experience. The issue I encountered was under warranty. all communications were short and I was given detailed instructions on what to do. After the repair, they contacted me to make sure the problem was resolved.

Είχα πρόβλημα με το laptop μου, παρόλα αυτά λειτουργούσε κανονικά και το χρειαζομουν, οπότε δεν ήθελα να ασχοληθώ για περίπου δύο μήνες, αλλά κάποια στιγμή, για να μη δημιουργηθεί μεγαλύτερο πρόβλημα, κάλεσα στη dell για να δω τι μπορώ να κάνω. Την επόμενη μέρα το πρωί ήρθε η τεχνικός στο σπίτι και άλλαξε το κομμάτι που χρειαζόταν. Αν ήξερα ότι δε θα χρειαστεί να αποχωριστώ τον υπολογιστή θα καλούσα από την αρχή. Επιπλέον όλα ήταν μέσα στην εγγύηση. Δε είχα ποτέ καλύτερη εμπειρία από κάποιο service! I'm very happy with Dell support! I had a problem with my laptop, it still worked fine and I needed it, so I did not want to deal with it for about two months, but at some point, to avoid a bigger problem, I called dell to see what I could do. The next morning the technician came to the house and changed the part he needed. If I knew I would not have to leave the computer I would call from the beginning. In addition, everything was under warranty. I have never had a better experience than a service!

C	Charlie Barkshire on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I sent them my laptop (XPS) for fixing as it was not charging. After more than 3 weeks which they had the laptop in their charge they sent it back to me without having fixed the problem and having changed both the battery and motherboard (both completely unnecessary). I again contacted them and they sent a Dell technician who managed to find that the frame inside the laptop was broken and thus the port was not connecting properly with the charger. The technician then ordered the frame and left having done an admirable job. Dell afterwards had the audacity to want to charge me again for the new frame despite accepting that they did not find the problem the first time round and that the pieces they fitted and I paid for were completely unnecessary. I still have not been given a solution and I am currently waiting 15mins on the phone to talk to someone in charge during which I have composed this review. When contacting them make sure you ask for a technician and do not send them your laptop!! I would have given 1 star but the techni Τραγικοί... They finally put me through to tell me that I could not speak to someone in charge and to take photos of the problem.....

First of all, they didn't have one available at their store and secondly, I called three times and had to wait over 30 minutes before I had to hang up. Today a working day they were nowhere to be found. That is not my idea of customer service.
