Δεν το έκανε ποτέ και δεν απάντησε και σε 3 μηνύματα που έχω στείλει. Ακόμη δεν την εχουμε παραλάβει και παρολες τις επικοινωνιες που εχουμε αποστειλει (γιατι το τηλέφωνο ειναι μονιμα κατεβασμενο) δεν εχουμε λαβει καμια απαντηση. Καθολου πελατοκεντρικοι. Ειδικά οταν πρόκειται για τοσο μεγαλες παραγγελιες!!! We have placed the order since 11/27. We have not received it yet and despite the communications we have sent (because the phone is permanently downloaded) we have not received any response. Not at all customer-centric. Η παραγγελία αφού ήρθε μετά από 50 ημέρες, έλειπαν 3 από τα 12 πρoιόνια και δεν μπορώ να επικοινωνήσω μαζί τους, δεν σηκώνουν τηλέφωνα και δεν απαντάνε σε email. Just tragic. They do not pick up the phones. The order came after 50 days, 3 of the 12 products were missing and I can not contact them, they do not pick up the phone and do not respond to emails.

Έχω κάνει την παραγγελία μου το Νοέμβρη και ακόμη δεν έχω ενημέρωση για το που είναι. Προσπαθώ να τους καλέσω στο σταθερό και είναι κατεβασμένο. Τους έχω στείλει παρα πολλα emails από τη φόρμα επικοινωνίας της σελίδας τους και δεν απαντούν. Τους έχω στείλει και στο messenger αλλά και εκεί το μόνο που έχει απαντήσει είναι το αυτοματοποιημενο μήνυμα. Είναι απαράδεκτοι επαγγελματίες και δεν αξίζει να ασχοληθεί κανείς με αυτούς. Υπάρχουν και άλλες επιχειρήσεις που διαθέτουν προϊόντα της gyeon. Προτείνω εκείνες. It just is not worth buying from this store unless you have the patience to wait to receive it after a month and put it!
