Jakob/Iakovos who runs the mobile phone shop in Kalives, Crete and is associated with this company has sold us a faulty iPhone 5 (reconditioned and under warranty... supposedly) and refuses to refund us after many months of waiting for the phone to be repaired... He is now blaming this company Digital2000 as the supplier of this faulty phone and says it's not his fault. He kept us waiting for several months while giving us endless excuses on why it wasn't ready yet... Eventually, just days before we are leaving the area he returned the phone to us, but it needed a new battery (strangely not under warranty, for an extra €45!) but when we got the phone not only did the phone NOT work at all, but all of the apple accessories had been swapped out and replaced with cheap junk that didn't work (yes we checked them on different plugs, phones, separately and together) there were no headphone... and even the little tool to change the sim had been replaced with a piece of metal... Now Jakob/Iakovos is claiming that he can't do anything about it, that it's not his fault, that he never robbed anyone in his life (we beg to differ!) and oh boo hoo for him! He is blaming Digital2000 as the supplier of the phone, so I figure since he refuses to return out money (we've given him about €260 in total by now) that it's time for a negative review for the company Iakovos claims to be associated with... If Jakob is indeed associated with this company I'll keep writing reviews until we get a suitable result. And if he is not then Digital2000 ought to put a stop to this guy using their name... Jakob/Iakovos is a total cowboy and con artist! I recommend everyone to stay well away from this guy unless they want a useless piece of junk in exchange for their money! We are not telling everyone we know to stay away and instead shop with reputable retailers such as Public and Germanos!

Disappointing. Went there to buy a power bank: found one with a better capacity on one of the shelves, and saw the clerk girl visibly perplexed by it. I didn't suspect anything, not even when she started speaking with the owner in Greek clearly talking about what I was buying (without trying to explain to me what they were talking about). 20€ and off on my way, until I tried to recharge and use the battery two days later and found it completely non functional. More fool me, I guess.
