We spent a fabulous night! A very friendly staff. The meals are tasty and perfectly cooked.

Wonderful dining place. It’s a family own restaurant served excellent food with great service. Free wifi here. Good food and reasonable price. Ordered salad, main and dessert costed 30€. Great environment and professional services. Small and cozy place. Highly recommended. Walking distance from Acropolis. Definitely worth for dining!

Serving was amazing liké all thé Dish WE take. Homemade bread was really nice for french tourist when we eat too much pita!

Tourist trap, perhaps the nice environment is deceiving. It is actually the worst value for money I have ever experienced. We ordered half their menu (it was too restrictive anyway, two meat options, no chicken), and only the appetizers were somewhat adequate. Moreover, we waited more than 90min for the main dishes to be served on a literally empty restaurant. The osso buco was a chewy old piece of meat that you wouldn't feed even to your pet. The waitress was too indifferent to care for the full dishes.

Restaurant Review My wife has fond memories of Hotel next door (Herodean) with her sister years ago, so we stayed for our visit this year (2022). Menu looked excellent so we gave it a go after a day in the museums. Food. Excellent! Wife had beet root salad that she still gushes about followed by the lamb stew. I really enjoyed the potato soup followed up with a traditional Greek chicken dish that great. We really wanted to try a passion fruit dessert dish but just could manage the room. Service. Prompt. Friendly. Very good English (important to me because my Greek is non existent). That said, it was a slow night with only one other table. (We came in the heart of the off season) Environment. Romantic cozy. Antique menagerie. Good spot for first date or 50th anniversary. Lovely. Summary 4 stars. I rarely give 5 stars (2 to date) but came real close to my third on this one. Food was five stars and price was in line with sit down cloth napkin establishment. Very cozy. I highly recommend for special occasions, like anniversaries or Valentines Day or because you’re in Greece. For those who do not know me from my other reviews: I am not prone to hyperbole or drama. Eateries are judged by food, service and environment; in that order and in context with expectations. I like picking new places. If it is a place I go to regularly, I lead with that.

Modernized Greek food in a vintage setting. The lamb pressé and Greek salad are really good !

Amazing service and the food quality. We loved that much that went here for a dinner the next day of our stay in Athens, even though we had just a two night trip. Highly recommended.
