★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Τα σιροπιαστά που δοκίμασα δεν είχαν καμία τραγανότητα. Το Κουκουμπινι είχε καλό και ελαφρύ σιρόπι αλλά δυστυχώς η παρτίδα που δοκίμασα ήταν σαν ψίχα. Όμοιος και η φλογέρα με την κρέμα.
 The syrups I tried had no crunchiness. Cucumber had a good and light syrup but unfortunately the batch I tried was like crumbs. The flute is similar to the cream.

Τα διάσημα τουλουμπάκια του έχασαν προ πολλού το σχήμα τους και έμειναν απλές φούσκες, αλλά αυτό δεν είναι κάτι που "ενοχλεί" τον ουρανίσκο.
Εχθές 1/11/2020 πήρα δύο κιλά αλλά είχαν μια πίκρα. Ίσως να χρησιμοποίησε την ίδια σπάτουλα που είχε μέσα σε ένα άλλο σιρόπι. Ίσως να άλλαξαν την συνταγή. Δεν ξέρω. Πάντως τα τουλουμπακια αφήνουν πικράδα στο στόμα.

Its famous tulips lost their shape a long time ago and remained just bubbles, but this is not something that "bothers" the palate.
Yesterday 1/11/2020 I gained two kilos but they were bitter. Maybe he used the same spatula he had in another syrup. Maybe they changed the recipe. I do not know. However, the tulips leave bitterness in the mouth.
