Αν ξεκινήσεις Τμήμα από την αρχή, μπορείς σίγουρα να προσαρμοστείς και να ακολουθήσεις. Εκτός αν υπάρχει θέμα υγείας, οπότε καλύτερα να το συζητήσεις με τον Γιώργο και σίγουρα θα σου βρει τη λύση ? ? όλα τέλεια!! Very economical, last year it had a Package of 160 € / year !!!!! Very nice gym! The trainers are excellent, all fit and help you whatever you ask. I would really recommend it to anyone.

Στα ομαδικά προγράμματα ο γυμναστής πραγματικά δείχνει ιδιαίτερο ενδιαφέρον προκειμένου να μην κάνει κανείς λάθος κάποια άσκηση και είναι πάντα πρόθυμος να λύσει οποιαδήποτε απορία. Παράλληλα, δεν παραλείπει να εμψυχώνει τους ασκούμενους δημιουργώντας ένα πολύ θετικό περιβάλλον! Θα το πρότεινα χωρίς δεύτερη σκέψη! Excellent space and staff, very friendly atmosphere. Δεν μπόρεσα ποτέ στη ζωή μου να κρατήσω κίνητρο και πρόγραμμα να πηγαίνω σε γυμναστήριο ποτέ εκτός απο τώρα. Παρ' όλο που έχω σύντομη εμπειρία στο συγκεκριμένο γυμναστήριο, οι άνθρωποι εκεί έχουν καταφέρει να μου αλλάξουν την καθημερινότητα, την ενέργεια και την ψυχολογία. Σε αντιμετωπίζουν με σεβασμό και ευγένεια, έχουν όλη την καλη διάθεση όχι μόνο να σου ετοιμάσουν εξατομικευμένο πρόγραμμα γυμναστικής αλλά και να στο εξηγήσουν διεξοδικά σε περίπτωση που είσαι αρχάριος (όπως είμαι κι εγώ). Οι εγκαταστάσεις πράγματι είναι κάπως παλιές, δεν έχει δηλαδή όλες τις παροχές ενός γυμναστηρίου, πάντως για μένα είναι πολύ ξεχωριστό και ολοκληρωμένο. Αξίζει επίσης και από οικονομικής άποψης. Σου δίνει την αίσθηση οτι ανήκεις σε μία μεγάλη παρέα που έχει τη γυμναστική ως μέσο διασκέδασης. I'm one of those people who find gymnastics very boring. I have never in my life been able to keep motivation and schedule to go to the gym ever except now. Although I have a short experience in this gym, the people there have managed to change my daily life, energy and psychology. They treat you with respect and courtesy, they are in a good mood not only to prepare a personalized fitness program for you but also to explain it in detail in case you are a beginner (as I am). The facilities are really a bit old, that is, it does not have all the facilities of a gym, however for me it is very special and complete. It is also worth it from a financial point of view. It gives you the feeling that you belong to a large group that has fitness as a means of entertainment.
