★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Καλές τιμές, συνεπής στον χρόνο παράδοσης όμως δυο πολύ μεγάλα φάουλ που δεν επιτρέπονται από επαγγελματίες.
Παραγγείλαμε όλο τον ηλεκτρικό εξοπλισμό του σπιτιού από το μαγαζί, στην απόδειξη είχε με σφραγίδα πως όλα τα προιόντα με την παράδοση ανοίχτηκαν και ελέγχθηκαν , κάτι το οποίο δεν έγινε.
Δεύτερον και μεγαλύτερο φάουλ, επειδή δεν χωρούσε το ψυγείο από το ασανσέρ , θεώρησαν λογικό να αφήσουν ένα ψύγειο 1000 ευρώ σε ένα κοινόχρηστο χώρο της πολυκατοικίας(!!) Και εμείς απλά αναγκαστικά να το αφήσουμε εκεί μέχρι την επόμενη μέρα όπου και καλέσαμε αναβατόριο.
Η παράδοση γίνεται ΕΝΤΟΣ του σπιτιού, όχι έξω από αυτό. Είστε κανονικά υποχρεωμένοι να παραδώσετε μόνο εφόσον όλα έχουν μπει στο σπίτι, διαφορετικά μπορείτε να τα ξαναμεταφέρετε στο φορτηγό και να έρθουμε να τα πάρουμε από εκεί.
όχι απλά να παρκάρετε όπου βρείτε ένα αντικείμενο τόσο μεγάλης αξίας.
Good prices, consistent in delivery time but two very large fouls that are not allowed by professionals.
We ordered all the electrical equipment of the house from the store, in the receipt it was stamped that all the products with the delivery were opened and checked, something that did not happen.
Second and bigger foul, because the refrigerator did not fit from the elevator, they considered it reasonable to leave a refrigerator 1000 euros in a common area of the building (!!) And we just had to leave it there until the next day where we called an elevator.
Delivery takes place INSIDE the house, not outside it. You are normally only obliged to deliver once everything is in the house, otherwise you can take it back to the truck and have it picked up from there.
not just park where you find an object of such great value.
