Once I've got in Chania I've tried to contact them one more time via viber but again, haven't got any response...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tried to make a reservation for 2 days, even drove 45 minutes to one of the offices. They couldnt make a reservation for us there, instead they told us (8 people) to book each vehicle individually online. The online reservation is a bad joke. After 24 hours we still didnt know if and where we could pick up our bikes. I tried to call the company and the man on the phone told me, that he couldnt make a reservation without my bank account details. Since I'm not stupid I told him, that I would give them the deposit as soon as I picked up the bikes. That's when he just hung up. Feels like a scam and I would rather burn my money than spending one cent on this company.
Edit: Thank you for this reply. This is the perfect example how this company reacts to it's costumers. I think your unprofessionalism and racism speaks for itself.

They are very rude also in our country.

We are faberrentals clients for over 8 years!!!!Never having a problem.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We read all the bad reviews and as Faber rentals was close to our appartment we still decided to try a rent... Unfortunately it was a big mistake. Very unfriendly service and the whole process is unpleasant. If you have a choice, avoid this firm!
Edit: Dear Sir, your answer reflects your unqualified and low level quality of service you offer with your rental company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really friendly staff. We booked a Fiat Panda from 1-8 th of july. Everything was super. They expected us at airport. After few suggestions we have the car. Is was clean, no problem on the road. Super. Also for delivery we meet at the airport. He asked us if everyhting was ok and that s was all. Very easy, no stress. Very good value for money. Thank you.
