Μπαίνοντας κι ενώ χαιρέτησα τον υπεύθυνο με κάθε ευγένεια απευθυνόμενος στον πληθυντικό,εισέπραξα ένα ...."γεια σου". Εκεί κατάλαβα ότι ο συγκεκριμένος δεν διαθέτει την κατάλληλη αγωγή και παιδεία ώστε να γνωρίζει πως πρέπει να φέρεται στον πελάτη και κυρίως σε έναν ευγενικό άνθρωπο που τον βλέπει για πρώτη φορά.
Συγκεκριμένα είχα μιλήσει μαζί του τηλεφωνικώς για το κόστος καθαρισμού δύο κουστουμιών.Στο τηλέφωνο ήταν ευγενικός ενώ από κοντά αγενής!
Πριν τα αφήσω ρώτησα ξανά για το κόστος ώστε να μην υπάρξουν παρεξηγήσεις στο τέλος.Αυτή την φορά όμως μίλησε για άλλη τιμή, υψηλότερη,αρνούμενος να δεχθεί όσα είχε πει στο τηλέφωνο.Συνεπως χωρίς δεύτερη σκέψη πήρα τα κουστούμια και έφυγα αμέσως.
Με ενόχλησε και το ψέμα,κυρίως όμως το ποσό αγενής ήταν.
Εννοείται ότι δεν θα με ξαναδεί!!!
Rudeness and lies !!!
Entering and while I greeted the person in charge with all courtesy addressing the plural, I received a .... "hello". There I realized that this person does not have the appropriate education and training to know how to treat the client and especially a kind person who sees him for the first time.
Specifically, I had talked to him on the phone about the cost of cleaning two suits. He was polite on the phone and rude up close!
Before leaving, I asked again about the cost so that there would be no misunderstandings at the end. But this time he talked about another price, higher, refusing to accept what he had said on the phone. So without a second thought I took the suits and left immediately.
I was also bothered by the lie, but mostly the amount was rude.
Of course he will never see me again !!!
