★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Επισκέφθηκα για πρώτη φορά το κατάστημα, την περασμένη Παρασκευή, για μανικιούρ και πεντικιούρ. Τόσο στο πεντικιούρ όσο και στο μανικιούρ, η κοπέλα που τα ανέλαβε πραγματοποιούσε πολύ απότομες και άγαρμπες κινήσεις με τα εργαλεία, με αποτέλεσμα να ματώσει το νύχι του ποδιού μου. Της το είπα και δεν το δεχόταν, λέγοντάς μου ότι απλώς έχει κοκκινίσει το σημείο. Το Σάββατο το πρωί ξύπνησα με πρησμένο δάχτυλο, με πύον και αίμα, και μπόλικο πόνο! Την κάλεσα να την ενημερώσω και το μόνο που είχε να μου πει ήταν να βάλω fucidin και το ότι αν έχω ευαίσθητο δέρμα να της to έλεγα, ώστε να μην ασχοληθεί με τον καθαρισμό του νυχιού αυτού του δαχτύλου! Εξακολουθούσε να μην αναγνωρίζει το λάθος της! Δεν έχω λόγια για την αντιμετώπιση! Έχω κάνει άπειρες φορές πεντικιούρ και πρώτη φορά μου συμβαίνει κάτι τέτοιο! Λίγη επαγγελματική ευσυνειδησία δε βλάπτει!
I visited the store for the first time, last Friday, for manicures and pedicures. In both the pedicure and the manicure, the girl who undertook them made very sharp and awkward movements with the tools, as a result of which she tore my toenail. I told her and she did not accept it, telling me that she just blushed. On Saturday morning I woke up with a swollen finger, pus and blood, and a lot of pain! I called her to inform her and all she had to tell me was to put fucidin and that if I have sensitive skin I should tell her so that she does not have to clean the nail of this finger! She still did not admit her mistake! I have no words to deal with! I have done pedicures countless times and this is the first time something like this has happened to me! A little professional conscience does not hurt!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zero for attitude. Rude, sarcastic, totally unprofessional. And of course, not even a hint of a smile. Regarding their work, zero again. I left halfway through a mani treatment, as I have never come across such amateur work. Do yourselves a favor and never go there, there are loads of good places around.
