★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Σίγουρα σε σχέση με το παρελθόν, έχουν γίνει μεγάλα άλματα προς τα μπροστά, έχει γίνει μηχανογράφηση των υπηρεσιών, όπως επίσης έχουν προσληφθεί άνθρωποι με ικανότητες. Όμως δεν είναι αρκετό. Θεωρώ οτι υπάρχουν κάποιες φορές μεγάλες αναμονές και οτι πολλές φορές στην οργάνωση γίνονται περιττά βήματα. Όπως και να έχει ελπίζω στο μέλλον να βελτιωθεί στα σημεία που χρειάζεται.

I think there are sometimes great waiting times and that many times in the organization are taking unnecessary steps. Whatever I hope will be improved in the future.
