Της είπα ότι είχα να κάνω αλλαγή και δεν ενδιαφέρθηκε να δει εστω τι έχω ή τι θέλω να πάρω για να με καθοδηγήσει και να κοιτάξω μέχρι να τελειώσει με την προηγούμενη κυρία και να με εξυπηρετήσει, αλλά περίμενα γύρω στο 10λεπτο. Άλλο τόσο σχεδόν περίμενα για να βρει την τιμή του προϊόντος που επέστρεφα ζητώντας βοήθεια τηλεφωνικώς γιατί δεν το έβρισκε στο σύστημα. Μου έκανε μεν την αλλαγή αν και είχε περάσει η προθεσμία αλλά ενώ το προϊόν που άλλαζα είχε αγοραστεί χωρίς έκπτωση-εγώ πήγα σε περίοδο εκπτώσεων, μου έκανε την αλλαγή με τιμή έκπτωσης και όχι με την αρχική στην οποία αγοράστηκε. Ρώτησα για πιστωτικό και φυσικά δεν μου έδωσε. Και όταν της είπα ότι αυτό δεν είναι σωστό, μου απάντησε σα να μου λέει ότι μου κάνανε και χάρη που είχε περάσει η προθεσμία. Τακτική συνοικιακού μαγαζιού με παλιά νοοτροπία. Μετά αναρωτιούνται γιατί πηγαίνουμε και ψωνίζουμε από τις πολυεθνικές. When I entered the store the clerk was serving another customer.
