★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing venue and just what we were looking for our wedding. Catering staff on the day was excellent and went above and beyond. However, there were serious issues for us while communicating with the sales office during the planning stage. Although ahead of signing the contract they mentioned flexibility, there was clearly no room for that - or only for extortionate amounts. Also, there were two requests we had put in beforehand that we're not met on the day. Needless to say the sales office did not even recognise or apologised for what happened, not even sent an email the day after to check we were happy. It's all really a shame as on other levels some of the staff was extremely accommodating and professional and the venue itself stunning.
