Jannis is a fraud person!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Superb day out exploring the beautiful coves around the southern coast of Crete. We travelled from Rethymno (approximately an hour drive) and were met at an ideally located spot next to the small but well equipped supermarket in Frangokastello; we had packed a picnic but in actual fact, we could have just picked up supplies (including ice for the cool bag) there. Jannis and Theo gave great advice about caring for their immaculate boat, and our opinion was that it was relatively inexpensive at 140 euros for the day. Take some ID, be prepared to give a security deposit (nothing other than expected for a pristinely kept boat like this) and enjoy the beauty, peace and tranquility of the Cretan coastline.

And we like rent of course our new boats , but never it should be dangerous for the people, we like our guests to enjoy this day ,they rent our boats( but not with wind)This day of Johnny it was 8 Beaufort. Sorry we had to cancel your reservation , but we are not allowed with so strong wind, and always you take back your money with click and boat in case of cancellation! You don’t lost your money, and please you should not write fraud person.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When we were looking for a boat rental @Frangokastello this week I came across this rental and its reviews. I am really shocked what I had to read. First of all I didn't know that Theo & Jannis do boat rentals, this was new to us, otherwise I would have asked them directly for a boat. But, what I do know for sure, Theo & Jannis are NOT fraud people. We are doing now our business for 22 (!) years with them and I don't believe for a second that you don't get your money back from them in case there had to be a cancellation due to wether problems with the Mediterranean Sea. What I DO believe is that you can get disappointed or may be even angry for such circumstances , okay, but it is really ugly to give such a review for this honest and hard working people. We rent now holiday appartments & cars from them for 22 years and had NEVER any problems with them. They are NOT fraud people!
