1967At the age of 22, Ilias Sfantos , after working for 8 years in laundries and dry cleaners , opens the first dry cleaner in New Erithrea in 87, Eleftheriou Venizelou street. 

1984He attends seminars in Frankfurt, Germany , in new ways of , prespotting cleaning and ironing clothes. He introduces new, modernized machines for Laundry and dry cleaning , which improve the cleaning effect significantly . New techniques are been used and the results are impressive.

1989The company is fully computerized and the customer service is accelerated by the use of conveyors for cloths.. 

1992 Dry Cleaners Sfantos is the one that first uses marking stickers for clothes , solving the problem of machine punctures by staples. 

1993The new laboratory and shop, on 4E, Grigoriou str. in Nea Erythrea is constructed and the business expands in Drosia in 1995 and in Kifissia in 1997. 

At the same year the “Home delivery Service” is organized, covering a big area from Agio Stefano to Psychico, and from Thrakomakedones up to Vrilisia.

1996 The first automated system of 24-hour delivery of clothes, is installed in Dry Cleaners Sfantos.

2000 The computer system of the company is upgraded, using for the first time bar code labels.

2002 The company invests in new dry cleaning machines that use activated carbon filters.

2006The reorganization of the dry cleaning plant is completed, with new machines for Ironing clothes that put an end to the scorch marks . Alongside , the construction of a new dry cleaning plant begins, in Agios Stefanos, Attica.

2008 The computer system upgrades once again, enabling our customers to be informed immediately by text message when their clothes are ready , and in 2 of the 4 stores , through an automatic door , customers have the opportunity to not only to receive but also to deliver clean clothes 24hrs a day.
