★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm going to say only the bad things because it have 5 stars I think something went wrong there and it is embarrassing for my country, good ones you can find them anywhere around here.
It's no kids friendly or for a wheelchair as they say to many stairs up to the room. Neglected place, limited staff, broken, things everywhere. The room was with spiders and the bathroom full of mold. As for the heated indoor pool that they say it's in the price it was cold and spa didn't work, same for the jacuzzi and gym had broken machines full of dust. As for the staff some of them was nice and polite but in the spa the girls were rude. I hope the managers look up the bad comments and fix the situation before they close it. Shame and it's one of the new ones here. Maybe they targeted for European Union funding and now that they took the money dont give a s@@@t.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We went at Kazarma with some friends for a coffee and some desserts. Coffee was ok and desserts were good. You will be astonished by the architecture and the style. The place is very warm and friendly for all types of companies such as families couples and friends. We didn't go to the restaurant but looks promising. Will definitely try next time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pretty awesome hotel with great reception and bar restaurant. I really enjoyed the rustic design of the place and all the staff were pretty friendly. The location of the place is also pretty impressive with great views of the lake and the surrounding mountains. In fact if you didn't know you were in central Greece you may as well have been in the Swiss Alps. Only thing i could not comment on was the spa as i did not visit it and although i have heard some bad reviews. I feel the rest of the hotel compensates for any drawbacks

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In my opinion one of the best hotels around Thessally - Greece, the stones all over the buildings are matching perfectly with the nature. Also the food at the restaurant was really tasty. Definitely recommended it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the best resorts/hotels I have visited. The facility is arranged like a small village with buildings scattered on the mountain slope. The decor follows a "country" mountain house style but everything is well build and modern. The room we got was spacious and well equipped, with a splendid view of the lake. Excellent restaurant both in atmosphere and taste with a separate bar/snack area. Breakfast was rich and of good quality. Friendly and accommodating stuff. We did not have the chance to try the spa services but everything looks clean and well cared. Perfect place for relaxing holidays, totally recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hotel is excellent. The room was huge and had everything you might need. The spacious balcony had great views of the lake. We only used the outdoor pool which was great. Next time (because we’re definitely coming back) we’ll stay longer so we can take full advantage of the amenities (spa, massages, indoor pool, hot tubs etc). The jacuzzi in the room was great too. We had dinner at the restaurant which was very good and very reasonably priced. The staff was courteous and helpful. Overall a great experience and a bargain. By far the best hotel I’ve ever been in Greece.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We stayed here for two days. Service was really good, especially Eleni and Stefanos. They took care of us really well. Rooms were clean. Spa area was cosy. The restaurant cooked such nice food ! I’d visit again ???
