Χτυπούσαν τηλέφωνα αλλά κανείς δεν τα σηκωνε γιατί μιλούσαν για τη κοπή της πίτας και ήταν απασχολημένοι αλλά κατά τα άλλα πρέπει να κλείσεις ραντεβού στα τηλέφωνα που ενώ δεν έχουν κόσμο ΔΕΝ ΣΗΚΏΝΟΥΝ ! Εξυπηρετήθηκα από τον προϊστάμενο μεν με υποδείξεις και ειρωνία Δε! Unacceptable service to the Lady in the office rude and ironic! Phones were ringing but no one picked them up because they were talking about cutting the pie and they were busy but otherwise you have to make an appointment on the phones that while they are not crowded they do NOT pick up! I was served by the boss with suggestions and irony No!

Βέβαια δεν ήμουν σε ώρα αιχμής και δεν είχα να κάνω κάτι σπουδαίο, Ωστόσο οι υπάλληλοι φαίνονται πολύ καλοί και πιστεύω τα τυχόν προβλήματα που αντιμετώπισαν άλλοι οφείλονται από την ανοργανωσιά του δημοσίου και όχι των υπαλλήλων... Very helpful and polite, I had no issues. Of course I was not at rush hour and I did not have to do anything great, However the employees look very good and I believe any problems faced by others are due to the disorganization of the public and not the employees ...

Αγενείς και χωρίς καμία όρεξη να σε εξυπηρετήσουν. Αν δεν τους αρέσει η δουλειά τους να πάνε σπίτι τους καλύτερα να έρθει κάποιος άλλος στην θέση τους με όρεξη για δουλειά I have been there twice for a transfer and the ladies there have the full mentality of a civil servant. Rude and without any appetite to serve you. If they do not like their job to go home it is better to have someone else in their place with an appetite for work
D	Demetra Petridou on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Δεν ξέρω ειλικρινά γιατί έχει τόσο αρνητικη βαθμολογία, είναι η καλύτερη δημόσια υπηρεσία στο Αιγάλεω κι εχω ερθει πανω απο 10 φορές!!! Πάνω απο όλα είναι άνθρωποι. I honestly do not know why it has such a negative rating, it is the best public service in Egaleo and I have come more than 10 times !!! Above all they are people.

Την επόμενη δεν ηταν γραφτό, γιατι βλεπετε σκοτηστηκαν αν εχασες ενα μεροκάματο για να τρέξεις για τις δουλειές σου. Σκοτηστηκαν εαν επειγει.... Ειχαν κοπή της πίτας.... 2 ώρες. Καθημερινή. Δευτέρα. Συγχαρητήρια I was once served for this second star. The next day it was not written, because you see they were killed if you lost a day job to run for your jobs. They were killed if urgent .... Οι υπάλληλοι το λιγότερο αγενείς και σου λένε και το ωραίο παραμύθι ότι πρέπει να κλείσεις ραντεβού ενώ αυτοί δεν σηκώνουν καν το τηλέφωνο για να κλείσεις...ο ορισμός του δημοσίου... ντροπή... Αυτή η μονιμότητα μας έφαγε.. σε οποιαδήποτε άλλη χώρα οι άνθρωποι αυτοί θα είχαν απολυθεί The phone has caught spiders ... The employees are the least rude and they tell you the nice tale that you have to make an appointment while they do not even pick up the phone to hang up ... the definition of public ... shame ... She permanence ate us .. in any other country these people would have been fired
