★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A nice variety of Greek food. Not a typical tourist place. Seems to be more authentic. Located in a nice and fairly remote village. The owners are nice and friendly. The food is home cooked and tasty. The stuffed peppers with cheese were a hit ! Just perfect taste !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Charming village, average food... We ordered a plethora of dishes having read all the reviews. In the end only zucchini balls stood out. Everything else was not worth the drive- - fried octopus was cooked with too much oil, chicken souvlaki was average and oven chicken could have come out of a kitchen of pretty much any other inexpensive restaurant... anywhere. There was no menu- dishes were read out by a waiter and we were not presented itemised bill at the end although total seemed to tally with a typical bill in Lefkada...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A truly authentic Greek Experience: Expect huge portions, messy plates, amazing flavours and free flowing wine. Book beforehand! And don't come in a rush. Greek food has a determined pace, you have to follow it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The atmosphere is great (nice family-run taverna situated in a small village in mountains) and the food we had was tasty. HOWEVER, the price policy is really unclear. We roughly had the same menu as in the previous years in this restaurant while we paid 30% more (overpriced also compared to other rural restaurants we visited on Lefkada). There is no official price (and menu) list and we did not received any receipt. We were just told the final price.

Stumbled on Kollokas by mistake and ended up eating there twice. The food is delicious, fresh and home cooked with very friendly staff.

It's set up in a lovely mountain village.
