★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Αγενές προσωπικό. Αν δε θέλετε να πουλάτε χάπια κ. Κολυβά κακώς ανοίξατε φαρμακείο, θα έπρεπε να ανοίξετε κατάστημα με φυσικά υποκατάστατα. Ή τουλάχιστον να είστε πιο ευγενικός όταν προσπαθείτε να αποτρέψετε τους πελάτες από τη χρήση συγκεκριμένου προϊόντος χωρίς εκφράσεις τύπου "μη γελάς" προκειμένου να πατρονάρετε.
 Gentle staff. If you do not want to sell pills, Mr. Kolyva, you have opened a pharmacy, you should open a store with natural substitutes. Or at least be more polite when trying to prevent customers from using a particular product without "don't laugh" expressions in order to patronize.

Μετά την σημερινή εμπειρία πραγματικά θα πρέπει να ντρέπεστε .
Ήρθα για ραπίντ τεστ δάκρυσα 4 φορές για να πάρετε δείγμα και την Πέμπτη μάτωσε η μύτη μου και σας λέω φτάνει .
Η απάντηση σας με ματωμένη μύτη ήταν ότι δεν έχετε πάρει επαρκή υλικό .
Ζητώντας τα χρήματα μου πίσω μου λέτε ότι έχει κόστος 8 ευρώ ένα ραπίντ και μου δώσατε πίσω 3 ευρώ χωρίς να μου δώσετε αποτέλεσμα.
Είστε απαράδεκτοι σαν επαγγελματίες .

I came for a rapid test, I cried 4 times to get a sample and on Thursday my nose was killed and I tell you enough.
Your bloody nose answer was that you did not get enough material.
Asking for my money back you tell me that a rapid costs 8 euros and you gave me back 3 euros without giving me any result.
You are unacceptable as a professional.
