Έχω παραγγείλει συνολικά 3 φορές από το κατάστημα, access point and switch.Πάντα μέσα στην ευγένεια , το support άψογο και τις 3 φορές, έδωσα τηλεφωνικά τη παραγγελία την επόμενη μέρα είχαν έρθει! I'm really glad to see people who love their job and know how to run their business properly. I have ordered a total of 3 times from the store, access point and switch. Always in courtesy, the support is impeccable and all 3 times, I placed the order by phone the next day they came!
z	zakkas fotis on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Μετά από 7 χρόνια άψογης συνεργασίας,. Με 2 βλάβες που ο κ Κουράκος ανταποκριθηκε αμεσα. Εχω παραγγειλει 1 συσκευή επιπλέον και περιμένω να εξυπηρετηθώ 5 μηνες,επίσης κάτι σταμάτησε να λειτουργει , μετα απο 2 email και αρκετες αναπαντητες κλησεις μα ς απάντησε να πάμε αλλου για εξυπηρετηση χωρίς να υπάρχει κάτι προσωπικό , να έχουμε οιαδηποτε διαφωνία. Θα μπορουσε να το εχει πει εξ αρχης να μην περιμενουμε τοσο καιρο. Αν μη τι αλλο οφείλει εφ όσον κανει τοποθετήσεις σε μαγαζιά και δεν προλαβαινει να συστήνει κάποιον άλλο. after sales service μόνο τα πρώτα 7 χρόνια.Ντρόπη κύριε Κουράκο ν'αδειάζετε έτσι τους πελάτες σας στα σκουπίδια. After 7 years of perfect cooperation ,. With 2 injuries that Mr. Kourakos responded immediately. I have ordered 1 additional device and I am waiting to be served for 5 months, also something stopped working, after 2 emails and several missed calls we were told to go elsewhere for service without anything personal, to have any disagreement. He could have said it from the beginning not to wait so long. If nothing else he owes as long as he makes placements in stores and does not manage to recommend someone else. after sales service only the first 7 years. Shame on you Mr. Kourakos to empty your customers in the garbage.
Θ	ΘΑΝΟΣ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Απο το 1998 γνωρίζω την εταιρεία του κυρίου Κουράκου. Έχουν τοποθετήσει δυο συναγερμούς τόσο στο παλιό μου σπίτι ,όσο και στο καινούργιο. Πάντα με συστήματα τελευταίας τεχνολογίας και με συνεχή αναβάθμιση των συστημάτων που εχουμε εγκαταστήσει Όποτε υπήρξε πρόβλημα ανταποκρίθηκαν άμεσα τόσο στο τηλέφωνο όσο και από κοντά. Γνώστες του αντικειμένου και όχι απλοί πωλητές κι εγκαταστάτες. Τους συστήνω ανεπιφύλακτα σε όσους θέλουν συναγερμο για το χώρο τους(εσωτερικό και εξωτερικό). I have known Mr. Kourakos's company since 1998. They have installed two alarms both in my old house and in the new one.
