★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a great experience with Dmitri and Kriti Plus Rent a Car. We wanted to rent a car to drive from Chania to Heraklion and then leave it there. The price was reasonable, car in good order / condition and the whole process was very smooth. Dmitri and the team were easy to communicate with, very friendly and just all round good people.. Would recommend and definitely go back if I am in Chania again. Thanks Dmitri!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good service and nice car for a reasonable price. We booked few days before arrival in a middle of august and they found us nice ford fiesta 2011 year. They have private parking 24 hours near to their office and we park the car anytime during our vacation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ To all travellers, visiting this beautiful island of Greece and hoping to explore it: I strongly recommend this place, as a choice for car rental. They are an incredibly professional team, with very high standards of customer satisfaction and service. As an avid car renter myself, it's so refreshing to actually work with a supplier who talks your language, gives great transparency and makes sure your car rental experience is as stress-free as possible. I also had a particular challange, in the middle of night and they were extremely kind to support. They also have their own car parking space, always open. It's such a big deal.
I'm glad that I didn't pick one of those known brands in the airport, and I worked with them instead.

The car was new & clean.
The only con is that the child seat did not have the modern latches and had to be attached via a seatbelt.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kriti plus is a local car rental company. The staff has been very responsive in email and Whatapps. We hire a car to pick up from Chania port 7am and return at Heraklion. We have a wonderful time in Crete.
