★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Παρηγγειλα ένα προϊόν-πληρωσα τα μεταφορικά-όταν ενημερωσα ότι είναι ελλατωματικο το προϊόν ζητησα να γινει αντικατασταση την στιγμη που οι ιδιοι μου ειπαν οτι θα γινουν παραπονα στον προμηθευτη..Επεμεινα για αμεση αντικατάσταση και τους διευκρινησα οτι-εφοσον δεν ευθυνομαι εγω- θα αναλαβουν εκείνοι τα μεταφορικα και το δέχθηκαν.Οταν τους τα εστειλα αρνήθηκαν να αναλάβουν το κόστος αποστολης θεωροντας το υποχρεωση δίκη μου και αναιτια πληρωσα δυο φορες μεταφορικά για ένα ελλατωματικο προιον.Την στιγμή που τα μεταφορικά είχαν μεγαλύτερη αξία απο το ίδιο το προιον..
I ordered a product-I paid for the shipping-when I informed that the product is defective I asked for a replacement the moment they themselves told me that there will be complaints to the supplier..I stayed for immediate replacement and clarified that -if I am not responsible- they will undertake they shipped and accepted it. When I sent them they refused to bear the shipping cost considering it my obligation and unnecessarily I paid twice shipping for a defective product. At the moment the shipping had more value than the product itself ..
