★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Truly a bad experience, the staff is not able to deal with the situations that arise. Very old, dirty, unsanitary toilets. Inappropriate behavior and traffic jam all around the station make this a very unwelcoming place. However, the trip to Thessaloniki itself was decent.

We paid 30 euros for a single trip to Thessaloniki. This is absurd and the company is clearly taking advantage of people. On top of that, my individual seat table was broken so I could not even work! Also the in coach entertainment system and usb were not working even though there was an individual screen behind every seat! Not able to charge my phone either. Where is the market competition?
More companies are needed so the existing ones can learn their lesson!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is not the worst bus station in Greece but well it is pretty close. The toilets are smelly, the place is old and looks like it. It is good that the people that work there are helpful and polite.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place is way dated. There have been discussions for ages to move the coach station outside the city. Still, nothing has happened. The traffic jams are very bad for the size of the road when the coach cannot leave the station or while trying to take the first turn on the main road. Not one of the worst stations in Greece but definitely getting there quick.
