A	Alex Papadopoulos on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Στις 14 η 15 Αυγούστου κάνω μια παραγγελία από το e-shop τις εταιρείας, στις 16 Αυγούστου με ενημερώνουν ότι αυτό που χρειάζομαι δεν υπάρχει στο χρωμα που το θέλω και καταλήγω να το πάρω σε κάποιο άλλο και συμφωνούμε να μου το κρατήσουν στο κατάστημα μέχρι την Πέμπτη 19/08 όπου θα μπορούσα να πω από εκεί να το πάρω. Λόγο κάποιον αλλαγών στο πρόγραμμα μου μετά από μια ώρα αποφασίζω να το ξανά παραγγείλω για να μου έρθει στο χώρο εργασίας μου υποθέτοντας ότι αυτό θα συμβεί πριν την Πέμπτη 19/08 ( η αποστολή είναι εντός αττικής ) και ενημερώνω το κατάστημα να αποδέσμευση την πρώτη παραγγελία. Την Τρίτη το πρωί λαμβάνω email ότι η παραγγελία μου είναι έτοιμη για αποστολή. Έχει φτάσει Πέμπτη πρωί όπου δεν έχω λάβει καμία ενημέρωση από την εταιρεία κούριερ. Τηλεφωνώ στο κατάστημα για να δω τι γίνετε και με μεγάλη μου λύπη με ενημερώνουν ότι η παραγγελία μου είναι ακόμα εκεί,αποφασίζω λοιπόν να πάω να την παραλάβω ο ίδιος (έχοντας πληρώσει τα έξοδα αποστολής) γιατί από ότι κατάλαβα είναι πολύ δύσκολο να σταλεί ένα προϊόν μέσα σε 1-2 μέρες από την συγκεκριμένη εταιρεία. Θα ήθελα να ξεκαθαρίσω ότι η κριτική αφορά τον τρόπο που λειτουργεί το e-shop σε συνάρτηση με το κατάστημα και σκοπό έχει να ενημερώσει τους υπεύθυνους ότι κάτι δεν γίνετε καλά γιατί οι υπηρεσίες που προσφέρεται δεν δικαιολογούνται για τα προϊόντα που εμπορεύεστε . Στα θετικά η ευγένεια του προσωπικού τόσο στο τηλεφωνώ όσο και στο κατάστημα. Due to some changes in my schedule after an hour I decide to order it again to come to my workplace assuming that this will happen before Thursday 19/08 (shipping is in Attica) and I inform the store to release the first order . On Tuesday morning I receive an email that my order is ready to ship. It has arrived Thursday morning where I have not received any information from the courier company. I call the store to see what you are doing and with great sadness they inform me that my order is still there, so I decide to go and pick it up myself (having paid the shipping costs) because from what I understand it is very difficult to send a product within 1-2 days from the specific company. I would like to clarify that the criticism concerns the way the e-shop works in relation to the store and aims to inform those in charge that something is wrong with you because the services offered are not justified for the products you market. Very unusual lamps, furniture, clothes, kitchen gadgets, bedroom lamps, outdoor lamps, beautiful kintsugi plates and lots more. Really expensive shop, but you can find something you like for anyone's budget! Just LOVE IT!
