Our stay in this hotel was amazing, the food was delicious and the service was very polite especially the waitress in the beach bar Despina. The hotel was all in all very clean and modern. I would recommend this hotel to everyone who wants to spend a nice time with friends and family. I would visit this hotel any time again.?

5* well deserved! Fantastic service, beautiful views, incredible cuisine and modern rooms with pool access! All parts of the hotel easily accessible from everywhere, staff making you feel that you are the most welcome there together with the pools and main building architecture make it really perfect combination. One of the top hotels I've ever stayed in, would recommend to everyone visiting Crete!

I recommend this upscale hotel. One of the best hotels in the world for a family holiday trip. Perfectly organized, very clean. Great service and food. A very large number of attractions. We will definitely come back here.

We just stayed 3 nights there as a family, and it was a dream staying there. The hotel is very new, the room and the floor outside are super clean; We got upgraded to a room with individual pool, it cannot be better, just a dream, even though we don’t know why we got an upgrade :-) The food is good, I like the greet food with sauce and not too heavy; We were at the water park at the sister hotel very often, walking distance from the reception is around 2-3 minutes.

Great hotel. Amazing architecture. Definitely recommend! Room: Very nice and spacious rooms. We booked a room with a private pool and a sea view and we were totally satisfied. The view from the room was great. The water in the pool is cool but it's really nice to cool down after spending time in the sun. Food: we visited all the restaurants and the food there was delicious. The food in the main restaurant is varied so everyone can find something for themselves. The staff is very nice (especially the Polish waitress, Evelina) and attentive. The Asian restaurant (the best option) serves really delicious food and the staff is really friendly there. The steak house also serves good food (though the staff seemed a bit less friendly). The Greek tavern serves really great Greek dishes and the staff there is super friendly. Spa: we visited the spa and the experience was amazing. The customer service was excellent and very helpful. Main pools and bars: the pools are really nice, great for sunbathing and close to the bars. The staff in the bars are also really friendly and serve good drinks. The drinks are varied and very tasty. The use of the water park in the sister hotel Lyttos Beach is complimentary.

Hotel is brand new, they put quite a considerable amount of money into building it. Everything was very clean. The food in the main restaurant was great, although usually nothing extraordinary. There was always something nice to eat there though. I especially enjoyed the lamb which was grilled as a whole on the Easter Day for lunch. I heavily don’t recommend the Asian restaurant Wok and Chopsticks, as the food there, although nicely served, was terrible. The sushi was similar to the gas station sushi in terms of taste and look, and the Beijing duck that we ordered had a gummy skin and had little breast, the rest was some random cutoffs. There was little to no service. We had to wait for a lot of time to get our drinks served. They are experiencing a shortage of staff I heard, but I believe that in a 5 star hotel it should be a norm to have enough staff to serve everyone efficiently. One small minus was also that there were no carpets inside the hotel in the corridors, so you could hear everyone walking at the midnight. Apart from that, we really enjoyed our holiday, the drinks were very nice and they let us stay with the all inclusive bracelet after checkout (I think that it should be normal in such hotels, although we already encountered some hotels where they cut off the bracelets after checkout and only gave us some coupons for one lunch). Overall nice hotel, can recommend. Edit: Most of the corridors are outside and I know that it wouldn’t be wise to put carpets there, although we slept in a place with closed corridor, and there the carpets would be appreciated.

We spent our Easter holidays 2022 with 2 adults and 2 kids in the beautiful Lyttos Mare. I enjoyed everything about the hotel: The excellent pools (one ~60m one and two 50m pools (in the partner hotel next door)), the great selection of food and most of all, the friendly staff. Despite the masks the friendliness and hospitality was visible (and I appreciated the masks too). Highly recommended, would book again.

The hotel is absolutely phenomenal. I travel a lot and I always stay in 5 star hotels. However, even within 5 stars, the quality of the services offered varies. Everything here is absolutely top notch. The hotel is new, very modern and well designed. The huge number of swimming pools will satisfy everyone. In addition, the kitchen - it deserves separate praise. All dishes are incredibly tasty, perfectly prepared and seasoned. Despite the fact that the hotel is really huge - you do not feel that there are a lot of people in it because we have a lot of land and plenty of sunbeds at our disposal. Congratulations. This is truly one of the best hotels I have been to (and I have had the opportunity to stay in about 300 5-star hotels around the world).
