★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unfortunately we were totally disappointed with the hotel. Especially with the beach and the service. During our stay the beach was covered knee-high with seaweed. I understand that a week before the weather was extremely bad, but during the whole week the staff did not manage to remove it. Probably because they worked on it no more than one hour a day. Except the small piece of the beach by the main pool and two narrow paths dug in the seaweed, there was no access to water. The sand was dark and dirty - far from what you see on hotel's pictures. Many of the information available on hotel's website is old and not updated. Information you get in the hotel differs depending on who you are talking to. Rooms are poorly equipped - you have to ask for everything: blankets, shampoo, bathrobes, tea etc - things which normally, should simply be there in the room. Kids club does not offer any of the things listed on hotel's website. The only activity kids do during the day is coloring or playing board games. They stay indoor, even by a good weather in a big room with a stage, which served as chair storage. The only activity with some movement is the the 30 min of mini disco for kids in the evening. Restaurant staff seemed overloaded with work, getting a warm milk for a child seemed like mission impossible. It was raining on our departure, but the receptionist refused to come or send anyone to pick up our luggage or bring us the umbrellas. Later he said he could not come as he would get wet. We walked to the reception in bathrobes and our daughter in a plastic garbage bag to cover us from rain. When I placed angrily the bathrobe on the counter the receptionist threw it and hid his name tag. Spa had no warm water in the showers but still offered treatments requiring washing. The treatments when shorter than promised - to be fair, they apologized and offered 20 min free massage as compensation. As an apology for the inconveniences, we were offered a free car rental from the company the hotel cooperates with, but the car provided did not meet safety regulations (ABS and ESP warning lamps on, worn types, no child seat on request). Food is ok, but often cold as they do not switch all the heating lamps in the buffet. The hotel has 5 stars, but they do not deserve more than 3. The only two things which may deserve those stars is the size of the room (really specious, but the bathroom is 1x 2m with washbasins outside in the room), and the gardens. The manager of the hotel explains everything with the bad weather conditions, pandemic and us being to demanding. I have never left a negative feedback on Internet before, that is the first time. Labranda has much better beach and nicer staff, if you are with kids go there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Okeayish Hotel, in particular worthwhile for families with children
Service is good, part of staff speaks German. Do not expect that they’re running the extra mile, especially as the hotel has a lot of guests.
Rooms are ok. Cleanliness is slightly under average compared to other ***** hotels.
Food is not really Greek and you will quickly discover that the Greek taverns in the city do taste very different. In fact I recommend the a la cart restaurant „Luna Rosa“ - great food and very kind staff.
Beach is not very nice. Sand reminds me of construction sand…dark and a lot of algae.
To sum it up, it was a good stay - no more, no less. Would I go there for a second time? No.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fantastic place. Stayed here for 1 week in September. All the staff are very friendly and helpful. Very clean apartments, the food was excellent. The beach is sandy, with a few stones, safe and shallow.
It is approximately 20 miles from the airport. However the journey time is around 45 mins to 1.5 hrs depends on traffic. The roads are small and tight corners.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great location, sun sea and pools.
Food a bit limited as all inclusive (understandably too many people to cater for)
Rooms all air-conditioned.
Sea slopes very gradually so you have to go way out to get depth. Great for kids but they would prefer the pools anyway.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really enjoyed our short break here. Lovely location. The food was delicious.. Lots of variety and plenty of Greek dishes.
The staff were very busy so a bit of a wait for service at times but always friendly. Nice atmosphere in the restaurant and bars. Especially enjoyed the rooftop bar for cocktails!
Rooms were very clean and had everything we needed.
Would love to return for a longer holiday to Corfu
