★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Πολύ όμορφο κατάστημα..προσεγμένο και καθαρό με πολύ όμορφα ρούχα και ποιοτικά..τα κορίτσια απίστευτα εξυπητερικά και ευγενικά με κέρδισαν και σίγουρα θα ξανα προτιμήσω το συγκεκριμένο κατάστημα!
 Very beautiful store..attractive and clean with very beautiful clothes and quality..the girls incredibly skillfully and kindly won me over and I will definitely prefer this particular store again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Μου έστειλαν για δώρο ρούχα της εταιρείας mayoral από άλλη πόλη. Ζήτησα αλλαγή γιατί ήταν μικρά τα μεγέθη. Η απάντηση ήταν: "Αν και είμαστε το κεντρικό κατάστημα της Mayoral, δεν είναι στην πολιτική μας να αλλάζουμε ρούχα της εταιρείας μας που έχουν αγορασθεί από άλλο κατάστημα"! Και να φανταστείτε ότι στο συγκεκριμένο κατάστημα ψωνίζω κάθε χρόνο είτε για τους δυο μου γιους είτε για δώρα! Προφανώς η πολιτική τους τους κάνει να χάνουν πελάτες! Ας το σκεφτούν καλύτερα...
They sent me mayoral clothes from another city as a gift. I asked for a change because the sizes were small. The answer was: "Although we are the main store of Mayoral, it is not our policy to change our company clothes that have been purchased from another store"! And imagine that in this particular store I shop every year either for my two sons or for gifts! Obviously their policy makes them lose customers! Let them think better ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Πολύ κακή εξυπηρέτηση προσωπικού, αγενέστατες οι υπαλληλοι(αναφέρομαι στο κατάστημα του Mediterranean cosmos) Συγκεκριμένα διάλεξα ένα ζευγάρι παπούτσια για δώρο (που δεν ήταν σε έκπτωση) και ζήτησα στο ταμείο να μου αντικαταστήσουν το σκισμένο,βαμμένο και κατεστραμμένο κουτι(εφόσον προοριζόταν για δώρο) προκειμένου όμως να ξεφορτωθούν το φόρτο εργασίας πριν καν το σκεφτούν μου είπαν ότι δεν είναι εφικτό. Να σημειωθεί πως όλα τα κουτάκια παπουτσιών ήταν σκέτα και χωρίς κωδικους, θα μπορούσα δηλ να το είχα αλλάξει κ μόνη μου, δυστυχώς όμως πολύ υφάκι οι υπάλληλοι.. κρίμα για την επιλογή αυτών των ατόμων και ειδικά σε καιρούς που τόσος κόσμος έχει όρεξη για δουλειά!
Very poor staff service, rude employees (I am referring to the Mediterranean cosmos store) Specifically, I chose a pair of shoes for a gift (which was not at a discount) and asked the cashier to replace my torn, painted and damaged box (if it was intended as a gift) but in order to get rid of the workload before they even thought about it they told me that it is not possible. It should be noted that all the shoe boxes were plain and without codes, I could have changed it myself, but unfortunately the employees are very weird .. a pity for the choice of these people and especially in times when so many people have an appetite for work !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ως συχνή πελάτισσα του συγκεκριμένου καταστήματος, αλλα και της online σελιδας, δεν έχω τίποτα να πω για τη φιρμα ή τα προϊόντα της τα οποία είναι πάντοτε ποιοτικά αλλα διαθέτουν και ποικιλία και καλαισθησία. Ωστοσο θα ήθελα να σταθώ λιγο στη συμπεριφορά του προσωπικού και ιδιαίτερα της υπεύθυνης του καταστήματος στο Cosmos, που υπήρξε και ανυπομονη και αγενής. Θα μπορούσα να την δικαιολογήσω λόγω του φόρτου εργασίας και της ευθύνης,ωστόσο αν δεν εχει τις ικανότητες θα μπορούσε να μην έχει αναλάβει τη θέση, ίσως τελικά άλλες υπάλληλοι που κατά καιρούς με έχουν εξυπηρετήσει με ευγένεια και χαμόγελο να αξίζουν τη θέση αυτή περισσότερο.
As a frequent customer of this store, but also of the online page, I have nothing to say about the brand or its products which are always quality but have both variety and elegance. However, I would like to dwell on the behavior of the staff and especially the manager of the store in Cosmos, who was both impatient and rude. I could justify it because of the workload and responsibility, however if she does not have the skills she might not have taken the position, maybe eventually other employees who have occasionally served me with kindness and a smile deserve this position more.
