So I ordered the wrong screen for my cell phone I worked with Mr. Panagiotis and he accepted it back for replacement. Flawless service. I have no words for the store and the people who work there. they are all Professionals !!! AND MOST IMPORTANTLY ALL GENUINE !!!!!!!

Σε αυτό το μαγαζί κυριολεκτικά μπορείς να βρεις τα πάντα εγώ συγκεκριμένα αγόρασα μια οθόνη για το κινητό μου (Poco x3 pro) και έχω να πω ότι λειτουργεί άψογα μετά από δικιά μου εγκατάσταση. Και είναι οι πιο κατάλληλοι για επισκευές ηλεκτρικών συσκευών. The store is very very good. I was served by Mr. Panagiotis, with whom I spoke, he was polite and above all helpful. In this store you can literally find everything. I specifically bought a screen for my mobile phone (Poco x3 pro) and I have to say that it works perfectly after my own installation. And they are the most suitable for repairs of electrical appliances.
A	Apostolos Katsaros on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Αν και δεν ασχολούμαι με αξιολογήσεις και google έκανα λογαριαμό μονο και μονο για να καταθέσω τις εμπειρίες μου σαν τεχνικός - ιδιώτης. 1.Μεγάλη ποικιλία σε ότι και να έψαχνα το βρήκα. 2.Τιμές πολύ καλές που πάνε πακέτο με την εξαιρετική ποιότητα που πουλάνε. (έχει τύχει να αγοράσω συμβατό και να ειναι σαν το γνήσιο) 3.ταχύτητα στις αποστολές. το μόνο ίσως αρνητικό αλλά και λογικό είναι ότι δεν καλύπτουν εγγυήσεις μετά την τοποθέτηση (Λογικό αφού κανένας έμπορος δεν καλύπτει και αυτή που καλύπτουν σου βγάζουν την ψυχή) αλλά και πάλι μου φαίνεται λογικό διότι δεν μπορεί να γνωρίζει η εταιρεία εάν εγώ έχω κάνει κάποιο λάθος κατά την εγκατάσταση (Άνθρωποι είμαστε λάθη κάνουμε) ή εάν ο ίδιος ο χρήστης δεν έκανε κακή χρήση.(Στην Ελλάδα είμαστε) Σπάνια να βγάλει κάποιο ανταλλακτικό πρόβλημα χωρίς κάποια αιτία. Όπου υπάρχει καπνός υπάρχει και φωτιά. Μέχρι στιγμής από τις περίπου 45 παραγγελίες που έχω πάρει ανταλλακτικά μόνο με μία είχα θέμα και πάλι με κάλυψαν με κάποιες εκπτώσεις. τα υπόλοιπα ειναι δική μου ευθύνη. So far out of the approximately 45 orders I have received spare parts with only one I had an issue and again they covered me with some discounts. the rest is my responsibility. S	Sotiris Lambrianidis on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Συνεργάστηκα με τον Παναγιώτη, εξ αποστάσεως φυσικά μιας και βρισκόμαστε 500χλμ μακρια. Η εξυπηρέτηση του ήταν κάτι παραπάνω από άψογη και επαγγελματική. Καταφέραμε χωρίς νεύρα και χωρίς διενέξεις να λύσουμε ένα πρόβλημα που δεν είχε λογική, κάνοντας 2 αντικαταστάσεις ανταλλακτικών, γνήσιων, και ψάχνοντας τη σωστή έκδοση του ανταλλακτικού, κάτι που σπάνια χρειάζεται. Παρ όλα αυτά, με καθημερινή επικοινωνία, υπομονή και απο τις δύο πλευρές και επιμονή για την επίλυση απο την πλευρά του Παναγιώτη, το πρόβλημα λύθηκε, χωρις επιπλέον κόστος και όσο πιο άμεσα γινόταν. Συστήνεται ανεπιφύλακτα!! Θα χαρώ να συνεργαστούμε εκ νέου. I collaborated with Panagiotis, from a distance of course since we are 500km away. His service was more than impeccable and professional. Υπάρχουν μια χαρά άλλες εταιρίες στην αγορά που θα σας βγάλουν ασπροπρόσωπους στους πελάτες σας. Τα προϊόντα τους είναι αναξιόπιστα δηλαδή, πήρες ένα ανταλλακτικό ας πούμε honor 8a service pack και την επόμενη ημέρα έβγαλε πρόβλημα στον πελάτη (ΕΜΦΑΝΗ), λόγω Πάσχα και εορτών ο πελάτης δεν μπόρεσε να έρθει με αποτέλεσμα να περάσουν μόλις 10 ΗΜΕΡΕΣ από την τοποθετήσει. Τους παίρνεις πίσω και η πρώτη κουβέντα είναι δεν έχει εγγύηση , ΕΚΤΟΣ ΚΑΙ ΑΝ ΤΟ ΣΤΕΙΛΟΥΜΕ ΣΤΟΝ ΠΡΟΜΗΘΕΥΤΗ ΣΤΟ ΕΞΩΤΕΡΙΚΟ ΚΑΙ ΣΕ 2 ΜΗΝΕΣ ΜΑΣ ΤΗΝ ΠΙΣΤΩΣΗ ( ΛΟΓΙΑ ΕΓΑΖΟΜΕΝΟΥ).. Σε πείθουν να τους στείλεις την συσκευή να την δουν ( παίρνεις μια ανάσα ανακούφισεις από τον προμηθευτή γιατί λες εντάξει δεν γίνεται να φερθούν έτσι) Και την άλλη ημέρα το πρωί σε ενημερώνουν ότι όντως θα το στείλουν στον προμηθευτή στο εξωτερικό. ΟΚ θα πω τον πελάτη να περιμένει εσάς και το ανταλλακτικό σας Η μάλλον κρατήστε και την οθόνη και τα χρήματα διότι για 40 ευρώ εγώ και το κατάστημα μου δεν χαλάμε το ονομά μας Αυτή η εταιρία όμως το κάνει Υ.Γ Υπάρχουν μια χαρά άλλες εταιρίες στην αγορά που θα σας βγάλουν ασπροπρόσωπους στους πελάτες σας.
