The facilities as described. And the best of the best is the service of the stuff!!! All of the workers are very friendly and helpful!!! They made our stay just incredible!!! Especially we want to thank Maria!!!

Room rather small Don‘t get how it has a 9+ rating on booking Very, very simple breakfast - 3* level I stayed at hotels of comparable level, now outside of the season and during covid tourism crackdown in Frankfurt Germany for 40-45€. 100€+ doesn t make sense here

I had an issue with some shiny spots on the hardwood floor (I don't need unidentifiable spots in a hotel room, do you?) and the fact that there was no more hot water at 11 o'clock at night for a shower. Also, my room faced the square and the restaurants below so was noisy but I always travel with earplugs.

We booked the junior suite which was very large and spacious with a massive balcony. Housekeeping could be improved - didn't look like the they did much more than make the bed and replace the bins - I expected the rooms to be actually cleaned.
g	george sotiriou on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wonderful hotel! I will start first with the staff who, although we were a group of 22 people and quite demanding, managed to serve us in the best possible way! The rooms were lovely and finally the location of the hotel ideal for someone who wants to explore the city of Heraklion or has business near the center. I highly recommend it to someone who either has a job in the city of Heraklion or wants to spend some beautiful and relaxing days. Thanks for the service and we will definitely be back!
