У них видимо договор с Millennium Travel Center в Греции, Крит. поэтому встречали нас представители этой фирмы. Лично меня, не подвезли к отелю и даже не сопроводили, указав просто направление, куда идти рукой. Отельный гид, оказался настолько непрофессиональным, раз я у него ничего не купила, он даже и не стал ничего толком говорить. На жалобу относительно отеля, только язвительно сказал "Обязательно". Перед выездом написала сообщение, он его тупо проигнорировал. Так что мой совет, едите через эту тур фирму готовьтесь, что к вам будет безразличное обращение! The hotel guide turned out to be so unprofessional, since I didn't buy anything from him, he didn't even say anything plainly. On a complaint about the hotel, only sarcastically said "Required". Before leaving, I wrote a message, he stupidly ignored it. So my advice, go through this tour company, get ready that you will be indifferent!
E	Eli S on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ В первый раз ездили семьей заграницу, очень порадовал сервис: автобус с аэропорта до отеля, встреча с гидом и подробные разъяснения что к чему, не за что было думать, иди отдыхай, Крит прекрасное и разнообразное место. Но ГЛАВНОЕ это человечное отношение которое нас по сути спасло в тяжелой ситуации заграницей. Особенная благодарность гиду Жанне, которая постоянно держала с нами контакт и не бросала. Одному из нас понадобилась срочная медицинская помощь в предпоследний день вылета. Нам оперативно нашли отель рядом с госпиталем, Жанна помогала объясняться с докторами на греческом языке на протяжении недели, хоть компания могла сказать что это уже не их полномочия, так как вылет мы свой пропустили. Хотим выразить огромную благодарность за оперативность в поиске жилья, общую командную работу компании, оказанную помощь и поддержку в очень трудной ситуации! Ужасно организована, особенно поразило что в столице Фира, куда нас привезли аж на 45 мин, при сборе для выезда на пляж из Фира, автобус просто уехал даже 5 мин не подождав свыше указанного времени, при том что списки находились в руках у гида, который на пляж и поехал. При этом вещи по рекомендации гида остаются в автобусе. При обращении в офис удалось с трудом узнать телефон гида, на что он сказал что никого ждать и 5 мин не намерен. При последующем обращении об отказе от очередной экскурсии, вы получите ответ, что ждут ваш письменный запрос об отказе и просто будут вас игнорировать в лице отельного гида и босса Михалиса, которому неудобно говорить по телефону. Поэтому нужно готовиться что вы сам на сам в этой борьбе. Арендовали через них авто, жду как это продет, почитав предыдущие отзывы, жду очередной сюрприз. S	Sergej Karapetjan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ МТС принимали нас Крите, на стойке агента в аэропорту мы не могли найти куда положили свои ваучеры, но нас быстро нашли в списке гостей и выдали на русском языке в распечатаном виде важную информация - куда и кому звонить в случае чего, кто наш гид и т.п. Забрали нас на автобусе - хороший новый, с кондеем. Мы были в городе Айос-Николаос - далеко ехать от Ираклиона, я бы в следующий раз для нас заказал отдельный трасфер на микроавтобусе, чтобы по дороге не развозить/собирать других туристов. Через гида заказывали машину на день, "греческую ночь", тур на Санторини, всё чётко, привезли - отвезли. За день до выезда, прислали письмо на ресепшн отеля с информацией о трансфере до аэропорта. The day before departure, they sent a letter to the hotel reception with information about the transfer to the airport.

Нам назначили время и место встречи, а также мы оставили мобильный номер для связи. На место мы пришли на пару минут раньше назначенного времени, но как оказалось автобус уехал раньше назначенного ими же времени. Автобус уехал раньше, но с нами никто не связался. При попытке возврата денег, получали грубость и неадекватность, а также жалкие оправдания, что мы сами проспали (напомню, пришли мы раньше назначенного времени). Крайне не рекомендую, так как туристам перепродают местные услуги за двойную цену. Гид будет настроен против вас и попытаться от вас убежать при попытке задать вопрос. 138 евро (за двоих) просто растворились в воздухе. Полиция ничего не может сделать, так как в Греции финансовые махинации решаются через юриста. Отзывы ниже полностью соответствует реальности.
