★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor product I think the mould they made for the seat was made from concrete. My painter said it is the worst seat he had every seen. Also they do not know how to fill out a customs form so if you are not careful you end up getting hit with import duty when if they had filled out the customs declaration I wouldn't have got stung for import duty they don't answer email will never use this company again and told loads of people how poor this company is and to avoid them

I'll keep this shop in mind for future purchases. As I think customer service is the most important in a business, I put 5 stars.

I had some minor problems with the merchandise but the Customer Service was really surprising. They were efficient and quick in solving the problem, I really suggest this online shop. Great job!
